Dear Westwood Suites Residents,
Over the past months and years, we have received a tremendous amount of feedback from our residents about our community-wide wireless internet amenity. I want to thank you for your consistent communication with me and our Westwood Suites Team about your experiences.
Many of you have not been satisfied with the quality of the service available or with the customer service provided by the internet provider. These issues have been very concerning to us as well. To rectify the concerns, we’ve tried working with several different internet service providers. We have made many changes to the equipment on-site, as well. Thus far we have been unable to enhance the service to a level which meets our residents’ needs, while maintaining a system realistic for us to operate here at Westwood Suites.
We have determined that the best course is to provide a new Bright House internet signal located at the Clubhouse. This new signal will be available later this week, and will be accessible from the Clubhouse, fitness center, and nearby patio/fountain area, which will provide access to the internet around the clock.
Once this service begins, we will be discontinuing the current wireless internet amenity, effective July 8th, 2014. We understand that many of our residents have already chosen to work with alternate internet providers and have not been using the community wireless internet. For those of you who will be looking for a new provider, we are working with Bright House Networks to offer Westwood Suites residents basic internet packages at a discounted rate!
