Feedback Problem for Bellagio

Today I called the office to get service on the A/C unit which for the longest hasn't been working proper. The maintenance person that came Shawn told me what I already knew that my A/C unit was frozen.He said he would be back in 3hrs to check it out, I asked him to bring me an air filter since I change it monthly & soon will need one, Well when he came back to my unit he told me the A/C unit was find it was just the filter. I told him no it isn't blowing cold air, He had a smirk on his face and said to oh did you go to A/C school to become a tech. I found that to be very rude and disrespectful I told no buy I've been living here for over 7yrs I know how the A/C is.I asked him what is your name he said Shawn what is yours? I told him you should know didn't you get a work order? Either way I said I've never had any problems here before with no one all the other maintenance worker that were here before would come repair what ever it was the right way only took them 1 try. I'm very disappointed with the Bellagio workers all from the office to the maintenance workers. I pay to live here. I don"t live for free or bother anyone. I'm very very upset and I will take this further. Also when I told him who came before him less then a month ago he wants to call me a liar they weren't here he said na they told me they never came here.I feel sorry for this huge company hiring people that put the name McKinley to shame. Mind you all I gave him my name when he was walking out my unit a call came in, He picked up the phone and starting talking snap about me with whom ever called, Saying this lady in my unit #. I closed the door behind him cause I was discussed with his disrespectful shit.Let's see what happens now.

Yes I saw your missed called,Also heard your voice mail to call back before you left at 5pm.No email was provided however I think my message was self explanatory. Oh just to add my A/C isn't working frozen all night luckily the weather was some what on my side. It just tickles me that he as he stated is the A/C tech not me and only replaced the filter that was replaced in the beginning of the month. But all is good.
