Water Shut off

Announcement for Amalfi Apartments Homes

July 1, 2016

Dear Amalfi Resident(s),

Please be advised beginning Tuesday, July 5th, 2016 you will begin to see contractors throughout the property prepping to install individual water shut off valves at each building. During this process you will experience water shut off on Wednesday, July 6th and Thursday, July 7th from 8AM – 6PM. Please make arrangements to utilize your water prior to the interruption on both days. The purpose of this project is to alleviate any future community wide water shut downs when making repairs.

Holiday Office Hours

Announcement for Amalfi Apartments Homes

In observation of Independence day, the office will be closed Monday, July 4th and will re-open Tuesday, July 5th, 2016 at 9am.

Please be aware that there will not be valet trash services on Monday due to the holiday.

If you have any maintenance emergencies over the holiday weekend, please call the office at 407-843-4663 and follow the prompts to be connected to our on-call service.

Water Billing

Monthly Water Bills

Dear Resident(s),

As you all have noticed, you did not receive water bills for the months of May, June and July. Due to the changing of companies billing has been pushed back. You will receive your first water bill in the month of August which will be due the month of September.

You will notice that your billing will be in cycles of 45 days instead of the usual 30. This will cause bills to be slightly higher. Please know that this is only temporary. Once the cycles are caught up, we will resume normal...

Credit Notice

Feedback Question for Amalfi Apartments Homes

Spoke to the Property Manager about my Credit Notice I received from her Assistant Manager back in March a Credit of $ 59.73. I have the letter and it reads subtract from (Decembers) rent of this year. Showed this to the Property Manager and she wouldn't honer my Credit,, because her Assistant Manager at the time made a (Typographical error) on the Credit Notice. It should have said (subtract from April rent). Now right is right and wrong is wrong (how can I be punished for someone else's mistake? (and not get to use my credit I have earned). A/C PRANK

Feedback Problem for Amalfi Apartments Homes

Around May 15 my A/C stopped working for two days. I didn't call maintenance because I wanted to be sure it wasn't working properly. I looked outside and saw the fuse sitting on my A/C unit. Sure enough I plugged it back in and it was working. I wanted everyone to be aware of these incidents because it's not the first time we have been harassed. The other time was a break in. Everything is fine now. I purchased a lock for the A/C fuse box...
