Inspections (pest service)

Feedback Problem for Amalfi Apartments Homes

Hello, I am really frustrated with how many times this year alone the management has sent out notices that they will be entering our apartment. I feel like I have lost count. This is suppose to be my home not a prison with inspections every month (dramatic metaphor I know). Every time I turn around there is another notice that "we will be entering the property please secure everything and make sure the office has a spare key". It's actually more annoying than helpful. I get that certain things need to be done like smoke detector checks and fire extinguisher inspections but pest...

Hello,

I am really frustrated with how many times this year alone the management has sent out notices that they will be entering our apartment. I feel like I have lost count. This is suppose to be my home not a prison with inspections every month (dramatic metaphor I know). Every time I turn around there is another notice that "we will be entering the property please secure everything and make sure the office has a spare key". It's actually more annoying than helpful. I get that certain things need to be done like smoke detector checks and fire extinguisher inspections but pest service now? I don't want my home treated inside. I refuse to put those chemicals in my home, I use to work for a pest control company (Terminix). I know how these companies work and I have seen the carelessness that can happen with misuse of chemicals by other co-workers. I don't have any pest problems inside my home. So my question is can I opt out of the inside pest service treatment? And if the answer is no, then we can move further towards the breaking of our lease due to unauthorized chemical application I feel might endanger my health.

Thanks,
Nick

Feedback Question for Amalfi Apartments Homes

I've noticed you guys have a Guest Wifi out by the pool. Is that available for use for the residents? Do we need to visit the office for the password, since it's password protected?...

NEW LEASE

Feedback Problem for Amalfi Apartments Homes

I signed a new lease that's supposed to include washer/dryer in the price and it has been added. Many attempts have been made to rectify this to no avail. Why are you refusing to honor a lease signed by both of us? Nothing on your website regarding my lease is correct. What more do I need to do? I was in the office, was told that this issue had been fixed but it is not true...

The manager will be called to discuss this with you shortly.

Hello, June 28th I put in a work order for our A/C ...still waiting for it to be fixed...yesterday June 12th our A/C completely stopped cooling. It is currently 85 degrees in my apartment and it is 6am. This needs to be fixed today early asap! It shouldn't take more than 2 weeks to fix A/C in summer...really looks bad on the apartment management...

Good morning,

We do have a work order in the system for loud noises coming from a unit for 6/28 but nothing about your A/C not cooling. I have created a work order for this issue and made maintenance aware. We will do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Right ...well the A/C noise has been so loud from the malfunctioning compressor that we have to turn it off in order to sleep at times...which means through cause and effect it is not cooling.

Ridiculous Management

Feedback Problem for Amalfi Apartments Homes

I put in a work order on June 28th for my A/C unit that was making extremely loud rotation noises. After a few days I came online to leave feedback because I hadn't received any contact. I received a call that someone would be out here Saturday. So I waited all day for the maintenance guy Sat. who never showed up. I even caught a few maintenance guys around and showed them the video proof it was my A/C and they said it wasn't mine. I wait a few more days with no kind of contact from them. So 8 days later I have to use my lunch break from work to go talk to the office. The "Big...

Feedback Problem for Amalfi Apartments Homes

I submitted a service request two days ago during the work week and still no action has been taken. Is this process not officially ready for use? Or is someone not doing their job?

I've put in multiple work orders and they've not been fixed, just marked completed on this site. I'd go talk to them in person.
