Quisiera informar que hay personas con mascotas las cuales sacan a hacer sus necesidades en los alrededores de las INSTALACIONES, el problemas no es ese, el problemas es que los dueños no recogen los desechos de sus mascotas y en varias ocasiones he tropezado con los mismos desechos. Our new parking permit program started on April 15th, 2019 and some residents have not registered their vehicles. If you do not have a decal the car will be towed off property at your expense.
Each adult resident on the lease will be provided 1 parking decal for their vehicle. In order to receive the decal, you must show a valid photo ID to the office along with the vehicle’s registration form.
Please note that the vehicle must be under your name in order for you to receive a decal.
The time has come upon us once more as of Wednesday officially we are in May and rent is due. It is imperative that you make the proper arrangements now to ensure that your May payment is made on time through any of our other available payment methods.
If you wish to pay by check or money order, these must be brought in to the office during normal business hours. You may also choose to pay with a check or credit card, through our resident portal online or by calling 1-866-869-4014 and providing your unique resident ID. We strongly encourage online payments...
My husband and me are so worry because I found the mail box door was violated today in the afternoon (5:30pm), I went to the office inmediatly but the girl who attendant me told me that They can`t do nothing because only USPS can repair it but, the poin isn't "The unlocked door mail box", the pointi is that our mail box was violated for someone and We don't know if USPS left documents today, there aren't anything into box. It´s the second time that happened this situation, It's unfortunately that the Amalfi Administration doesn't give us security in our mail...
