I believe we overpaid for December 2018. We’ve been having extreme problems with this rent online portal. It seems to be denying our payment. I’ve had multiple meetings with our local branch bank and the concern does not seem to be on their end. I’d like supreme assistance from management. They are not accepting a check in the rent drop box anymore. I don’t ever want to be late on my rent and if I’ve overpaid, I’d like a credit. Please contact Melissa Charron 7275991303. Thank you.
