St. Pete Beach Boat Parade
December 7th, 2018 6:00 PM
Don your favorite holiday outfit and head to the upper deck near the dock at Bayside Villas to watch lighted boats parade through our waterways - it's how we celebrate the holidays in paradise! The Mckinley Beach Office Team will be providing sandwiches, soda, and wine starting at 6:00 PM on the upper deck to help you celebrate the holiday season!
If you have any questions, please reach out to the office at 727.498.5170.
Check out the sea route for the parade boats below!
We have had several complaints recently of smoking on the property. I wanted to send out a friendly reminder that we are a non-smoking community. This includes inside the apartments, private balconies and patios, outside stairwells, rooftop deck, and the parking areas. We ask that if you choose to smoke, please exit the property to do so. If you are caught smoking in the community, it could lead to possible lease termination. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding. If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact me...
As you may know, the Tampa Bay area is currently under a tropical storm watch due to Hurricane Michael out in the gulf. While we don’t expect to be affected significantly by this storm, we want to be prepared. Based on our waterfront location, we will be taking precautions around the community and ask for your help.
According to the National Weather Service, winds from the south will pick up throughout the day today. This evening, dark clouds will begin to roll in, spreading an increased chance of rain throughout the area. The majority of the...
We are excited to announce a new online rent payment system called PayLease! We believe this system is more reliable, easier to use, and offers more options for you to pay your rent. The new system will be online on Wednesday, September 26, 2018. With this letter, and the accompanying flyers we left on your door earlier today, we hope to provide an easy transition, as well as answer some common questions. Of course, should you have any other questions or concerns, you should contact your Community Office.
Good afternoon El Mar Residents! This is a follow up to my August post about the bike and kayak storage areas.
In an effort to clean out and better organize the El Mar storage areas, beginning October 1st, all bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards that are stored in these areas will require a permit label. For those of you who have already responded with a description of your items, we say thank you for your prompt responses. We will be delivering the permit labels to you this week and would request that all residents have their items labeled by September 30th. On or around October 1st...
Good afternoon El Mar residents! As I'm sure you have noticed over the last several days, the red tide bloom has arrived in our area.
As a precaution, Florida Department of Health officials recommend the following:
Wear shoes when walking on the sand. This will help prevent puncture wounds from the spines or bones of dead fish. Most people can swim in red tide, but it can cause skin irritation and burning eyes. If your skin is easily irritated, avoid red tide water. If you do swim, thoroughly wash off with fresh water when you get out. Do not swim near dead fish. Symptoms from...
