Feedback Problem for

A Walmart sit down scooter has been left in this complexes parking lot for several weeks ignored by maintenance and office staff. And that laziness to get this scooter out of the complex caused damage to my car. Yesterday around 4pm EST someone took said scooter, and proceeded to run it into my car several times causing $1,200 worth of damage to my brand new 2019 Corolla. I honestly no longer feel safe parking my car in the parking lot.

Hello Cody, The Turnbury office is interested in gathering information on any incident involving vandalism.  Though not all facts are known, the reported scooter appears to have been privately owned - that is by an individual.  One of our office staff will be gathering the appropriate police reports from you.  Thank you and I look forward to speaking to you, Randy, Community Manager

I have found out who did it, and where they got it from. It was not a privately owned scooter. It was dug up by the kids from behind the complex and rode it around for a week in this complex. If you would like to speak directly to me and I can give you all the information, please give me a call at 813-230-3697. Thanks in advance.

The maintenance man showed me that there is a corporate number on the scooter that could’ve been called for pick up. Why it wasn’t called in for pick up is beyond me, however.

Beathede, you have my sympathy. Some douchecanoe with a clapped-out white Impala intentionally put a nice ding in my new car a few months ago. The car's first scar wasn't even road rash, but someone among the Turnbury vermin. I won't identify the car, in the event someone else thinks they want to try, but let's just say it's quite a nice vehicle. Still is, though it was $150 to get the dent out and touch-up paint doesn't do three-stage paint justice. *sigh* There ARE some good people here, and there are some who should be trapped and released somewhere out in the wild.

Damn that sucks.. when I moved here I was really hoping I was able to prove all those 1 star reviews wrong, but they seem to be more accurate as time goes on. This isn’t the only problem I’ve been having with this complex. But you are right I have met some pretty nice people around me.
