Feedback Problem for

What is going on with the gym door? This is ridiculous. Everyone is complaining and nothing is being done. I work 9-6 and cannot get into the gym because while the lock is broken, it is only open during office hours. This was a selling point for this complex to have a 24 hour gym (included in rent) and we don't have one and this is the second time this has happened in 2 months. I'm very dissappointed in the new management and we all feel we are getting the run around! Tenants, if you agree with me you have to vote on this feedback or they won't answer it!! Tell them how you feel!!! We have all discussed this together, they need to know.

Hi Dkeblin,

I'm just as frustrated, if not more so, with the gym door lock. I'm working as hard as I can to get the door repaired. I have had ADT out 4 times in 5 months. They are scheduled to come out this week. We usually work late in the office, so in the mean time, you are more than welcome to cut through the office to get to the gym. I'm sorry if you feel that we have given you the run around, we have only told the truth.

Unforturnately several of us are hearing that it will take $1200 to fix it and management is not willing to put the money into fixing it. Which is really unacceptable. I know there are a lot of people, whether they are going to the office to complain or not, that are not happy. I was really excited when the new management made themselves welcoming with the "town hall" meeting and the breakfast morning, asking everyone for their input and problems. But now there is a big problem and it is not getting fixed. Why would ADT have to come so many times? Can't you just change the lock to a deadbolt and give us keys?

I agree with DKeblin, Even at that. Leave the back door near the pool unlocked and lock the door to the office. That way Residents still have 24 hour access and still no access to the office during closed hours. There is a camera mounted in that hallway(and gym) so you can monitor if somebody is unauthorized or vandalizing. Thanks for your time! Craig.

I'm so excited to tell everyone that the Fitness Center has a new entry system!

How to enter the Fitness Center?
You will enter a 4 digit code on key pad located by the door. Please push the door in a little then pull back and the door will open. The code will change every 3 months and we will notify you on my.mckinley.com as well as leaving a note on your door.

The New Code: 1478#

What to do with your ADT card?
Just bring it by the office. Please bring the card before June 15th.
