Feedback Question for Sun Pointe

I have spoken to Arimba on several occasions with regard to the poor performance of their service. We have spent approximately 2 hours trying different methods of "upping my compurter's performance". There is no problem with my computer. Further they claim there is no disruption in service. I do my business online, which includes uploading documents and photos. The service goes down constantly, during the weekday at any time, after work hours, and on weekends. This is not acceptable. Technically I'm paying for this service through my rent. Since so many new tenants are using computers at home, this WIFI service should be upgraded. If I must purchase service through Brighthouse, I think I should be getting a discount on my rent. What is McKinley going to do about this situation? Thank you for your attention and response. Diane Howley

I realized that too and I take online classes so I went ahead and got roadrunner from bright house since I ended up failing my first test cause I lost my connection.

"High speed WIFI" is an amenity here, we pay for it out of our rent. The only way I would pay for Brighthouse internet is the cost of having it was reduced from my rent. It's bad enough some of the apartments are being advertised for less than what we are currently paying ($899/mo furnished). In your case, taking online classes it is definitely important to have a connection that is fast and not dropping all the time. I'm just disgusted and frustrated with it and other problems in our unit.

Wow! This was a year or so ago and we are still having the same problem with the internet service! I believe it definitely should be upgraded! That would probably fix this problem we are ALL having. I have online classes coming up in 7 days. I guess I will see how that goes with this slow internet.

I moved over to Sun Point Lake a few months ago. While at Sun Pointe, I gave up and went with the Brighthouse bundle so I have cable internet service. I transferred the service over here. I think you should speak to the manager directly over at Sun Pointe about this if you haven't already.
