We are currently working on getting the entrance gate up and running, and we plan to have it operational by June 1st.
I hope that will reduce the number of non-residents enjoying our amenities, as well as slow traffic in that area.

Katie, we are working diligently on the repair of the gates and the operators. I agree with you the repairs of the system has taken way long! I sincerely apologize for the delay in the operations of the gates which was due to some electrical problems and faulty wiring which has recently been repaired. We now are on step 2 which is to program the computer and gate reader then we will distribute gate cards and codes.
I will gladly update you as we get closer to finalizing the project. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience to our Seaside family!
What about those of us that already received the gate card, like I did back in December? Will the card work?
