Feedback Problem for Hessel on the Park

This year the attention to care has really taken a slide! I was walking around the complex over the weekend and found alot of rubbish, including nappies lying in gardens. This morning when I left the bins were still overflowing - as they have been since Friday. The running of the pool is very poor - the area is littered with plasters/bottles/tissues/cups/towels/togs and all sorts of rubbish. The pool was green and filled with bugs monday morning (I didn't dare try to swim this morning!) The volleyball net still hasn't been put up! We have had comcast poking around in our ceiling and coming into our homes without any notice from management (how are we supposed to know they aren't criminals posing as comcast employees). We weren't notified that the pool was open. My wife has made several complaints and still hasn't had a return call from the manager as she was promised. There is still dog droppings everywhere, which as a responsible dog owner frustrates me! I realize a big part of the problem is lazy residents but the management need to pull their head out of the sand and do something!!

I am sorry that you experienced problems this weekend. We do have a technician on call and these issues should have been addressed. I have already discussed thie with our Maintenace Supervisor. I will also look into why you are not recieving our notices. Please give me a call when you get a moment. I would appreciate the opportunity to address these issues - but am not sure which apartment you live in or how to contact you.

Thanks again for bringing these issues to our attention. We care about our residents and community and want to make sure you are thrilled with your home with us at McKinley in Champaign!

Please give me a call, I will be glad to have Comcast come back to repair the cable outlets. I will just need to know when it is okay to access your apartment.

Thanks,

Amy
