I am so sorry that you are still having problems with your dryer. I know they have looked at it several times and the only option left is to re- vent the dryer exhaust. I have talked to Brad, our Maintenance Supervisor. He will come by today and look at the possibility of re-venting. If it does appear to be possible, he will have it done today. I will also give you a call later this afternoon to check

Brad suggested this solution (re-venting into the crawl space) in the last week of February. You promised that the work will be complete in a week.
On April 1st, when I called you you said it will be complete by April 7th.
There was a full week, after your response to my post and no one still touched the dryer.
I am frustrated to the maximum extent, I have lived on Hessel on the Park for 5 years and this is the worst maintenance ever extended to the tenants.
Why should I pay more for a town home when i cannot use the amenities that come with it?
I hope you have the will to really resolve my problem.
I just spoke with Brad. Kevin has been in the crawl space setting up the vent. He needs to now access your apartment and the key we have does not work in your lock. I have just been informed of ths. I apologize for yet another delay and will discuss this with my team. Tyler is also on his way to your apartment now to ask for your key to make a working copy. Brad has also told me that the remaining work wioll take about 10 minutes. He wants to complete it himself to assure it is done. He will finish it in the morning - assuming we can get a key. Please do not hesitate to call me on my mobile (217-841-7103) with any questions. Again, I am very sorry for the delay.
