I went to pay my rent on december 4 and the staff person their was very rude. I told her my concerns with how high my water bill is since the pluming problems wich has happen before and she just brush me off ssying it was concordd fault and wait for your suposly merger in the mean time i am beign over charged. the day I expressed my concer the laydy says that yhe way water is calculated I will end up paying extra even if I dont use it. Then just now I check to see if the money order was added which I paid the right amount and it is saying that money is owed as of today. I paid on time and I paid more than whay it is showing I hope that the rude staff person you had there didn't lose my money order I have my proof that I payed.
