Feedback Problem for Azure Winter Park

I have had numerous issues with my air conditioner clogging. Which then leads to water flooding my carpet. I've also had problems with pipes leaking water through the ceiling either from my own pipes or the upstairs. It happens often and though it is fixed a few weeks later it happens again. I also have a lot of spiders and bugs in my apartment. I like living here but these problems get very tiring especially when it takes days before I get someone in here to clean up the water mess created by my air conditioner...

We've had a lot of thunderstorms and tornado watches/warnings. I know that I have a hard time hearing the sirens most of the time but if I do happen to hear the sirens, I live on the 3rd floor and my apt has tons of windows- is there an actual approved shelter for when the sirens go off?...

I only been here 9 1/2 months and I read the reviews on this place but still gave it a try but the reviews are so right. I will be adding a review on google today also. Since I been here our hot water has been cut off atleast 13 times and 2 of those times it was for more then 2 days.. What the best part is, is that you guys give us a notice stating lunch is on you!! a $5 subway gift card!!! are you kidding me! My wife doesnt even eat at subways..What about the $39.99 hotel fee we paid just to take a damn SHOWER!!!! My lease is up soon and I cant wait to go... I love the letters you people...

I've been a resident of Monteray Lakes for about 5 months now. I give the Staff here TWO THUMBS UP! In my opinion, they don't get half of the credit and/or praise they deserve. The Maintenance Staff is also in need of recogintion. Every single time I have put in a request for a work order - it's been done quickly AND with a smile :) I have NO problem walking into the office and having daily conversations with the Staff here. I would also like to thank Natasha for the good job she is doing in "cleaning" up OUR community!...

Feedback Problem for Traver Ridge

The free wifi at Traver is not even worth it. 10 out of 10 times the signal is extremely low and the network is very slow when it actually connects-very very rare. My exp. with Airimba's customer service has never been pleasant. Every time I needed to call them, they blamed the problem on me and my complaints were never addressed. Pretty frustrating. The free WiFi is an added bonus to this community and we were actually looking forward to using it to save money. :o(...

Loss Prevention??

Feedback Problem for Aspen Chase

My backpack was stolen from my car with a lot of personal information and all of my textbooks. I didn't realize until I was almost at work in Saline at 7am and quickly began calling the office and loss prevention to see if someone had turned it in or if someone had come across it. I understand that the office doesn't open until later and I didn't really expect them to call me back but when something is stolen you think to deal with loss prevention, I never thought to call maintenance because it was after 5am but before the office opened and no one called me back about the issue...
