I apologize for the washing machines not working in your building. We have reported this to the laundry company and they are sending out a technician to service the machines. We are hoping this is resolved quickly. If you have any questions, please let me know.

Parking Lot Repairs

Good Afternoon,

I hope all has been well with you. Now that Spring is here it is time for us to spruce up the community for you. One of the main items we are going to address for the community is improving the parking lots and drives. Starting in a couple of weeks we will start repairing various areas where the pavement is starting to crack and where holes are forming. After the repairs are made we will then seal coat and re-stripe the parking lot to give it that new finish look.

Fire Alarm

Maintenance did come out Thursday evening and inspected the surrounding buildings and courtyard and did not see any signs of smoke or hear the alarm. Feel free to call the office after hours to get in touch with emergency maintenance if this happens again or of course, call 911 if you see fire or smoke.

Temporary Water Shut off Scheduled for Tomorrow

Maintenance needs to complete a plumbing repair in your building that will require us to turn the water off in the building. The repair is scheduled for Thursday, March 28th at 10 am. Please make preparations for cooking, bathing or laundry prior to 10 am.

Laundry Room in Building 5

The laundry room in building 5 is once again/still broken. For the longest time, the washer on the right was broken and now that it has finally been replaced, the other one isn't working. I just went downstairs to put my laundry in and opened the door to the machine on the left and water just POURED OUT of it. I shut the door quickly, so it's still full of water. It's frustrating to pay so much in rent and not having working amenities. I tried to call the office to let them know what is going on and get a recording saying that the office is closed. It's 10 am on a Monday,...

Thank you so much for reporting this problem to the office. I am sorry you were not able to get through on the phone this morning. I know the laundry situation has been frustrating for this building. I recently had another resident in your building report this machine to us as well; that the door was broken. I have submitted a 2nd request for this machine to include that it is now leaking as well.  If you ever see a problem with one of the laundry machines, please contact the office with the machine ID # so we can put in a service request with Wash - the company that owns and services the machines. Hopefully, it will be back up and running soon.

Hi Tia,

The other washer is now reading "bad card" when I put the laundry card in.... and I just added $30 to it (balance of $38). This is incredibly frustrating, and the laundry room has been having ongoing issues for a very long period of time. It's inconvenient because I now have money on a card and not a single washer. One of the dryers also has an error on the screen. I don't have the ID # because I didn't see your reply until I came back to update the complaint. Please let me know how I should proceed with doing laundry without any working units in our building.

I am so sorry that the laundry machines have been giving you so much trouble. Keith, our Community Manager, is reaching out to Wash Laundry directly to see if they can come in and service all the machines in the entire community. In the meantime, you can request a refund from Wash laundry here: https://www.wash.com/refund-request/ .

You can also use this website to directly submit a service request with them if you have the machine ID#.

The refund information is all well and good, but it doesn't really solve anything. What is the timeline for getting a working unit in our building?

I did put in the service request with them last week and our Community Manager was able to get a hold of someone at Wash to service the entire community. Normal turn around for the service request is about a week. So, let me know if they still haven’t serviced the machine by Friday.

Nobody is cleaning up after themselves or their dogs. The laundry room in building ten are absolutely disgusting, people.leave their garbage all over or let their laundry sit in either a washer or dryer over night not allowing anybody else to do their laundry. Secondly the piles of dog crap are getting way out of hand. It's like nobody cares to use the doggie bags to clean up after their animals and it's disgusting. Lastly parking is getting outrageous. There have been several times that I went to park in a parking spot and a neighbor has been cruel or rude to me and has either...

I apologize for you having to deal with these various issues in and around your building. I will ask the maintenance team to check the laundry room more frequently to ensure it is clean. I will also send out a letter to residents about removing their laundry sooner so that others can use the machines. We are going to check the grounds around your building more thoroughly on a regular basis for dog waste. We are also enforcing parking rules by towing cars that are not within the guidelines of parking in order to help create more parking spaces. I am hoping our efforts to keep the laundry room clean, cleaning up the dog waste, and removing cars in violation of parking regulations start to manifest to the expectations that you have of the community. If there is anything I can ever be of assistance with, please let me know.

can you guys start actually charging people for not cleaning up their dog poop? it is everywhere, and people just let their dogs out without a leash while they stand inside and don’t clean up after them. just walking through the grass to get to the car everyday i almost step in several piles of dog poop. i know you keep sending out letters saying that people will be charged, but nobody takes that seriously so please actually charge them or something.

Keys Not Working - Building C

I have left two messages with the office over the course of the last 4 days and no one has returned my call. The locks on building C are not working with our keys. You either have to have been set up on the intercom or have to wait for someone else to come out so you can go in. It's unsafe for people to stand out in the dark to wait to come inside. I don't understand how the locks could get changed but none of us were given new keys or informed...
