Doors that work?

Feedback Problem for The Villas

I constantly have problems with doors in building 2129. If it isn't the building door giving me trouble with keys, it's my neighbor's door patched up with plywood. And if it's not my neighbor's door patched up with plywood, my laundry door doesn't operate with my key. I've never had this many problems with something as simple as doors anywhere in my life. Locks on both doors to Building 8 once again do not work with keys. This has been an ongoing issue for the 3 years I've here. A few times each year. The locks don't seem to be compatible with the doors. Last time this was an issue, was told a new door would be the next step that fits with the locks. Called emergency maintenance about this today, guy was helpful admitted there wasn't much he could do about it, just said the lock is busted, stuck a penny in the lock so it wouldn't engage and admitted defeat. Is there a way to find a more permanent solution? Winter is about...

Great, I'm looking forward to this new lasting fix that will last more than a couple months.

Over the weekend oncall maintenance simply jammed a penny in the lock so it wouldn't shut. This fell out at some point while i was away from home and I was locked out again Sunday, luckily a neighbor opened the door.

Can we expect this issue to get addressed in a lasting and professional manner?
