Dyer in Building 10

Feedback Problem for The Villas

A dryer in building 10 has been unplugged for over a month because it was not heating up properly. Could someone in the clubhouse put in a work order with WASH?

Is there a way to program the outside keypad to our phone number so we don't have to use our key?...

I too would like more info on this. Is there a guide in the office for how to use the intercom system? Can I let visitors in by typing a number on my phone when they call? Some clarity on the system would be much appreciated :)

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can program your phone number so it is connected to the intercom system and then you just let your guests in by pushing a button on your phone. Please stop by the office and we will give you a sheet that explains the system. Have a great day!

Wash Laundry Update

We had Wash Laundry Services come out today to service the machines we have received maintenance requests on. He was able to repair the machines in Buildings D and 3, he has ordered parts for the machine in Building 9.

Extremely loud banging

Feedback Problem for The Villas

There is an extremely loud, intermittent banging noise coming from drom deep within the walls or outside the apartment. It wakes us up and startles us every time! I believe it is related to the heat, as it did not happen until the boilers were turned on.

Michael,

The sound is not coming from within the apartment; it is from within the walls or floor. It is not specific to one individual area within the apartment. It can be heard equally from all rooms.

Hello - can you please reverse the $50 late fee from 11/8? I was supposed to help pay for my sister's rent but then I had a family emergency with my niece so wasn't able to focus on getting this paid until just now. Thanks!...
