There is a silver sedan outside building 11 that was already tagged for towing once because it's been in disrepair and parked in the same spot for months on end without moving. It was not towed as it should have been because someone ripped the sticker off the front passenger window. It has since developed a flat tire and still has not been moved. Is this going to be addressed and taken care of?...

Package Pickup Refresher

Happy Holidays, Villas Residents!

This time of year, the volume of packages our office receives increases drastically. As a friendly reminder, please bring your picture ID with you to the leasing office when you come to collect a package; we cannot release a package to you without first verifying your identity.

Also, if you are collecting packages on behalf of someone else, you must have a Package Release Form Completed and signed by yourself and the person you are collecting the package for. If you need a copy, please feel free to stop by the office or email me directly at...

Laundry Card Load Machine Not Accepting Cash

Announcement for The Villas

Our Wash Laundry Card machine in the leasing office is currently not accepting cash at this time. We have called Wash Laundry Services to come out and service the machine as soon as possible, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!

You can still add money to your laundry card in the office using a debit/credit card and using the load machine outside the leasing office after hours. We do have it unplugged due to the cash part of the machine running non-stop, so please see an associate in the office for assistance when you come in to load your card.

Laundry Card Machine

Feedback Problem for The Villas

So when will the laundry card loading machines actually be fixed? We just wasted an hour trying to load our laundry card. The cash machine and online loading machine didn’t work and no one could help us. Does the debit/credit machine work? Because we’re not going to walk back for a forth time and waste our time again if it doesn’t actually work. When will these be fixed and weren’t they just fixed the other week?

We are so sorry for the inconvenience! We called Wash and informed them of the issue, and they shoot rto resolve issues in 24-48 hours.

Yes, the debit/credit card option is working in the office. We do have the machine unplugged currently, but an associate will be happy to plug it in for you to load your card.

Dyer in Building 10

A dryer in building 10 has been unplugged for over a month because it was not heating up properly. Could someone in the clubhouse put in a work order with WASH?

I too would like more info on this. Is there a guide in the office for how to use the intercom system? Can I let visitors in by typing a number on my phone when they call? Some clarity on the system would be much appreciated :)
