Water Shut Off - Building 1

Good afternoon, Residents of Building 1.

We apologize for the last minute notice however, due to a necessary plumbing repair, we will be shutting off the water to your building today starting at 12:30pm and we expect repairs to be completed and water restored within an hour.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while we make these necessary repairs.

The Villas Leasing Office and some of the surrounding areas are still experiencing a power outage. DTE expects the power to be restored this afternoon. We are also aware that there are a few buildings that are also still without power. Visit www.DTEEnergy.com for outage updates.

Power Outage

Feedback Question for The Villas

Is anyone else’s power still out from last night? Building 9 has been out since 8 yesterday. It looked like all the other buildings still has power though.

Thanks for reaching out! I don't think all buildings lost power last night however, the office is also still without power, unfortunately. Last I checked DTE the estimated time for power to be restored at the office was 3:30pm. If you login to DTE, it will give you an estimated time. I believe there are still 2 or 3 buildings without power. Hopefully they get it turned back on soon for everyone!

Building 9 Power

Is there any time table for how long the power will be out in bldg 9? Seems as if this section has more issues than others.

Thank you for letting us know about the power outage in building 9. I can understand how that can be frustrating. We were not aware of any power outages on the property. I would call DTE if you are still experiencing issues and I will follow up with you today to see if DTE was able to provide any updates.

Feedback Problem for The Villas

Can whoever takes their cat litter out not spill it down the stairs. Once a week the hallway smells like cat pee. Thanks in advance!

Good morning, Lena! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I apologize for the continued smell and agree that it is something we can avoid by ensuring trash is secured. We are going to have the carpet cleaned in this stairwell. Is it the 2875 or 2871 side of the building? Thank you, Laura A. Riss

Complaint

Feedback Problem for The Villas

I’ve had to say this quite a few times, but now I’m pretty much getting tired of it. The people who live above my room, have dogs who have once again woken me up in the middle of the night. I don’t know what’s going on, but it sounds like they’re knocking over furniture, making every loud noise they can make, and I’m over it. Is there something that can be done about this? They had me up at 2am last night, and some of us have to work. i tried to be nice and just ignore it, but I’m paying too much money to have to sleep with headphones on, or get woken up period
