I hope you are enjoying the last day of 2018! We are having trouble with our phones this morning. If you call in to the office, the line is going directly to voicemail. In the meantime, If you need something please come in to the office. If you call, we will be checking voicemails frequently. Just a reminder that the office will be closing today at 3:00 pm.

Just a little frustrated that the garbage cans in front of my building are always overflowing with garbage. I understand the convenience of having them close, but I am disappointed they are not properly managed. If you could move the garbage dump further away from the door while still in the same lot, I think it would be a better idea. Can we Please either move the garbage cans farther from the door or empty them more often? Thank you for understanding.

It has come to our attention from multiple residents throughout the community that dog owners are not cleaning up after their dogs. We have multiple pet stations with bags throughout the community grounds for you to utilize to make this as easy as possible for you to clean up after your pet. This helps keep our community clean and tidy and also deters rodents and pests. If you notice a pet station is full or is out of bags, please let us know at the leasing office so we can get the station replenished/emptied as quickly as possible for you.

As some of you may already know, Amazon has started a program where your packages may now be delivered by an Amazon direct carrier, not through UPS/FedEx/USPS. Since this has started, we have noticed an increase in packages being left at the building and/or apartment home doors. Unfortunately, after speaking with a handful of the carriers, we have been informed that there is no way to control where packages are left via these carriers unless the resident specifies to leave packages at the office. In an effort to help with this issue, we wanted to get a notification...
