The new laundry machines do not work with the pay range app right now so you will need quarters. Quarters are the only way to pay because in the app it tells you that all the machines are in use when they are not so you cannot connect to them. On top of that, there is absolutely no way to identify which machine is which in the app. They all have numbers in the app that do not match any of the numbers on the machines so even IF they worked in the app you would just have to put credits into machines until you found the one you were trying to use which would then waste your credits.

In Honor of Labor Day our office will be closed on Monday, September 2, 2019. The office will resume business on Tuesday, September 3 rd at 10:00am. Starting on September 3 rd , the office hours of operation will change. Below is the new office hour schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 10AM – 6PM
Thursday: 10AM – 7PM

Good Morning Building C Residents,
Just a reminder: Due to a necessary plumbing repair, we will be temporarily shutting off the water to your building today. This will occur between 12pm-12:30pm. Our maintenance team expects the repairs to be completed and water restored within 1-2 hours.

I wanted to remind everyone that WASH is on-site installing our new laundry machines today!!!
They are planning to install new equipment in buildings A, B, C and D today. They will resume tomorrow, working in chronilogical order until all buildings are complete.
Please remember: Once the new equipment is installed your current laundry cards will not work. WASH will not be issuing refunds for any un-used money left on the laundry cards. We suggest that money is only added to laundry cards as needed to avoid losing any money....

Good Afternoon Residents!
I wanted to provide everyone with an update regarding our current power outage:
We are still experiencing no power in our office and some buildings at The Villas. DTE is estimating power will be restored later this afternoon. Due to this outage, our pool is closed today and will remain closed tomorrow while we perform pool maintenance.
We appreciate your patience while DTE works to resolve this matter and restore electricity. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reply to this announcement or stop by our office.
