Why was an egg thrown at my door? Why is this property going south fast?

I am so sorry someone threw an egg at your door. I do not know why someone would do this. I will discuss this with team and have them keep an eye out for people possibly egging doors or loitering. We will continue to work with residents such as yourself to identify and remove any problem residents or guests of residents from the property. Building A Laundry Room, Pet Waste, South Gate, Hallway Smoking

Feedback Problem for The Villas

1) Over our two years at the Villas we have routinely called the leasing office about the condition of the laundry room here in building A. There is no proper ventilation for the room, causing condensation in the air, on the walls, and large slippery puddles on the floor. The high humidity in the rooms air causes mold to grow on the walls. the solution each time is to simply slap on some more paint over the mold and put up a 'caution: wet floor' sign. This is dangerous and should be taken more seriously, hopefully they can fix the door so it actually locks while they are at. Like...

I wanted to again thank you for taking the time to inform us about your concerns. I have put together an action plan and wanted to share it with you. Today I hand delivered notices to each residents door regarding the smoking concern in the hallways. A pet waste station will be installed in your area within a month. A ceiling vent fan will be installed in the laundry room. I have connected with our LPS team, we are currently working on a date to schedule a community wide meeting. Based on the size of our community, I agree with you meetings would be an excellent idea. We would like to start having them on a quarterly basis from now on. I will continue to update you as further information is available. If you have any other concerns or ideas I would really like to work with you. Thank you again for contacting us.

I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who voiced their interest in adding recycling to the list of Villa's amenities. We have had a full recycle bin each week! It is great to see how much everyone cares about our environment as well as the Villas. For those residents that may not be aware, our recycle bin is located in front of the large trash compactor just to the left of the leasing office. Again, thank you for all that you do each day!

Terrible Follow-Through and Empty Promises

Hello. My name is Marcus Nelson. I have lived in the Villa's apartments for almost 2 1/2 years now. Although I will say that the last 6 months have been by far my worst of my experiences. Back in March 2010 I went to renew my lease for my third year which would be from June 2010-2011. I was considering many other places at that time because I felt that my apartment was spacious but lacked an up to date look. I requested to have a dishwasher and upgraded cabinets for my apartment. The manager at the time was Deena and she promised it would be done but probably not until April or May when...

front gates?

Feedback Problem for The Villas

i am writing to inform you of a concern rergarding the security here at The Villas Apartment homes. My wife and I are residents here, and on Monday August 2nd at 8:35pm we were arriving home and noticed there was no gate attendant at the gate and the gates were left up. We were told when we signed a lease and moved in to our apartment that the gates would go down at 7pm every night and a gate attendant would be posted to check in any guests (guests would have to show picture ID and tell the attendant what apartment they were visiting.) This security was one of the deciding factors on us...

FIRE?!?!?!

Feedback Problem for The Villas

How long will it be before we lose everything because people in our building feel it is OK to just toss lit cigarettes onto the carpet in the main hall ways, or left burning in the door jam of someones apartment (not their own), or left burning on railings in the entrances. We have renters insurance, but that does not mean I want to use it. This is a serious problem at this community, one I hope is addressed before a fire does occur, it's bad enough I have to walk through the smoke just to get to my apartment, but to even consider the toxic vapors being emitted by burning paint/carpet is...

Thank you for your post. I would like to assure you that I am well aware of this situation. I am sure you are very fustrated. I will get another letter back out to your entire building about smoking in the common hallways. What I need is to find out who is doing this. Once I do, I can make sure they are given proper violations. I am committed to getting this resolved. Please let me know if you have any information that can assist me with this.
