Tan Ford explorer alarm going off multiple times of the day and night

Feedback Problem for The Villas

Hey so there's this tan Ford explorer usually parks by building 8 and grass walkway to the office that I believe has a faulty alarm. The cars alarm goes off very sporadically. It has gone off for hours and wakes up people in the middle of the night. It isn't anyone touching the car it's just being turned on and off at random intervals. If there is a problem with the car it needs to get fixed or the person whose car it is needs to stop turning on the alarm. Can you please contact the owner...

This is still happening and has happened 4 times in the last 10 minutes. It is 11PM, people have to work tomorrow. Can you please raise concern to the owner of the vehicle again.

Second Apartment Flooding in less than a year

I know maintenance is working on my apartment right now, but I have to say that it is beyond disappointing that I have to deal with yet another flooding in my apartment this year. I left for work this morning without my phone. I turned around to get my phone to find my kitchen sink is backing up with sewage water and flooding the kitchen. It is disgusting. I tried to stop the water from flowing under the sink and realized a few seconds later that it was drain/dirty water. You can imagine what it must feel like to touch dirty murky water and having to go to work afterwards. The question I have...

Laundry Machines

Dear Residents,

I understand the frustration that many of you have and are experiencing with the new laundry machines. I spoke with a representative from WASH this morning regarding the abundance of concerns. After speaking with WASH they are going to schedule a technician to inspect every machine to make sure the PayRange Application works appropriately and that the machines are functioning properly. Laundry in building 2 needs looked at

2 of the dryers only offer 25 minute intervals so now we have to pay double just to dry a load. Washer 6 doesn't properly drain so we have to spend even more money to dry our laundry and that's after squeezing the water out of the laundry...

Laundry Machine Install - Update

Hello Residents,

I apologize for the delay with getting the laundry machines labeled. WASH is here right now to finish numbering the machines and posting the flyers on how to use the PayRange Application. All machines should be numbered in the next couple of hours and ready for you to utilize via the PayRange Application.

I also spoke with WASH regarding residents who would like refunds for any un-used money on laundry cards. WASH has sent us some refund kits for residents to use. If you would like a refund kit, please stop by the office to pick up a kit. I am sorry for any...
