Good Afternoon Schooner Cove Residents!

As the temperatures cool down and the summer season is ebbing away, we are sad to see that the last 'Y on the Fly' event was yesterday, Tuesday September 24th.

We hope that everyone who participated in this program had a great time, and based on the response that was experienced this past summer season, we look forward to partnering with the YMCA again, and bringing this wonderful program back to the community next year.

The Management Office will be closing early on Thursday, September 19, 2019, at 11:30 AM for a company event. Our office will open for normal scheduled business hours on Friday, September 20, 2019, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Should you have a maintenance emergency, please call the Management Office at 734-485-8666 and follow the prompts to be connected to one of our awesome maintenance technicians.

Safety concerns

Feedback Problem for Schooner Cove

I have not heard anything about actions to make it safer around here with recent events. Such as cameras being installed, neighborhood watch meetings. I had an incident a couple weeks ago. I am not feeling safe here anymore and really think more action is needed!! Also, I think that the first floor access in my building should be more handicap accessible. It is all grass that gets very muddy and wet and no way to push a wheel chair in. Thank You

Hello, I had package delivered via UPS Friday 30 aug at 2:30 pm, it was signed for but it wasn’t signed by me I haven’t received it, my buzzer didn’t even ring. I’m hoping it’s at the office and was signed for by a McKinley associate. I do have a signed by name. Thank you.

Kids in Gym

Feedback Problem for Schooner Cove

Over the weekend, I went into the gym to have a workout. While here there were between FOUR and SIX kids coming in and out. Clearly under the age of 16. Not only is it annoying to have this many kids in the room (while not doing anything but on their phones), it’s also very dangerous for both the kids and other patrons. Please do a better job of monitoring this.

Good Morning John. I hope this finds that you enjoyed a fantastic weekend! Thank you for asking such a great question. I called you, hoping to talk with you, but had to leave you a voicemail.  The rent is always due by the 1st of each month. To avoid a $35 late fee, rent must be paid by the 2nd.  To avoid an additional $50 late fee, rent must be paid by the 7th.  I apologize for any confusion this may have brought. Laundry Room Etiquette

Do we need a reminder for residents not to use BOTH washers and BOTH dryers at the same time? I have a complicated work schedule that changes week to week and it seems that every time I go to do my laundry, both washers (followed by both dryers soon after) are in use by the same resident. Is it so hard for you to be considerate to your neighbors and maybe use only 1 set of washers and dryers at a time so that others can do their laundry as well?? Not to mention the fact that the machines are used and then the resident just lets them sit there for over an hour without claiming their laundry...
