This is a friendly reminder that rent payments are due before February 1st, 2020. Please note the leasing office will be closed February 1st and 2nd for the weekend.

Please see below for the multiple convenient options that you have as a resident to make your rent payment each month:

1) Check or Money Order brought to the office Monday-Wednesday, and Friday 10am-6pm, and Thursday 10am-7pm.

Thank you for your patience over the weekend while the maintenance team completed snow removal services in what were some challenging conditions. Our maintenance professionals will be hard at work again today, performing clean up work to open additional parking spaces now that cars are expected to vacate lots to begin the work week. I hope you're having a nice Sunday! The maintenance team has been hard at work completing follow up snow removal services this morning. At this time, they have completed all walks, steps and parking lots, including installation of additional de-icer and salt. As always, if you notice any trouble spots please contact the office for immediate follow up. Please take caution during your travels. We appreciate you and value your residency. I hope this message finds you happy and enjoying a relaxing "Snow Day"! Our Maintenance Team is still on site performing snow removal service. They have cleared all walks, steps and most parking areas, with a few remaining to be finalized. They are installing additional de-icer on all walks/steps and salt has been installed in all cleared lots. Another full application of salt will be installed throughout all parking areas prior to their departure and weather conditions will continue to be monitored into the evening hours. Good afternoon valued Schooner Cove Residents: With the impending snow event scheduled to begin late this evening, we would like to take a moment to provide you with a brief update. Our Maintenance Supervisor is on top of the weather forecast and has finalized a plan for mobilization of snow removal services based on current information. Loud Noise late at night in 5000

Am I the only that hears very loud (almost machine like) noises in the building? Woke me out of a dead sleep last night. Lasted about 10 minutes and then it stopped. I have heard it before, but usually not at 2 am..... Any one else experience this?'s picture

Good Morning Allison! 

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I had our maintenance supervisor do a walkthrough of building 5000, specifically the mechanical and electrical rooms, which is where I suspected a loud machine noise may have come from. There are no evident issues with those areas. Hi! Our wifi isn't working for some reason in the apartment today. I went up to wash clothes and the washer worked but when I tried to use the dryers, neither are working. I wonder if its stemmed with why our wifi is out as well. I also reported the problem on the app...'s picture

Hi Stacia!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I'm sorry the wifi in your apartment isn't working. We don't have wifi set up in the buildings; if you contact the company you have internet through, they should be able to troubleshoot the issue for you. Regarding the laundry app, if you report a problem with the app, typically someone from CSC should reach out to you within a day or so. The app should work if data is turned on on your phone, unless there's a glitch or they're doing an update, etc. Please let me know if I can help with anything else!
