Announcement for Schooner Cove

Good Morning Schooner Cove Residents:

This is a friendly reminder that rent payments are due by Wednesday, January 1st, 2020. Rent must be received by Thursday January 2nd, to avoid the first late fee of $30.

PLEASE NOTE: The leasing office will be closed from 12/31 to 1/1 in observance of New Years Day. Please make your payment online before 1/1/2020 or bring a check or money order to the leasing office on Monday 12/31/2019.

Please see below for the options that you have as a resident to make your rent payment each month:

1) Check or Money Order brought to the office Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, 10am-7pm on Thursdays.

2) Pay online at my.mckinley.com with a debit card or credit card. Debit card payments are subject to a flat $4.95 convenience fee per transaction. Credit card payments are subject to a 2.85% convenience fee per transaction. There is no convenience fee for an ACH payment Please contact the leasing office for your resident ID number to create your account.

3) Pay with cash at any CheckFreePay Location! All you need to do is obtain your personalized member ID from the leasing office and then pay with cash at the nearest CheckFreePay location. You'll provide the agent your member ID, cash payment, and instructions that you're paying your rent to "PayLease Community Payments." The agent will provide you with a receipt. Payments are subject to a $3.95 fee. You can find the closest CheckFreePay locations at Wal-Mart on Ellsworth Rd. and Kroger located on Whittaker Road. 

The dropbox is no longer being used for rental payments. Cash, credit and debit card rent payments are not accepted by phone or in person at the leasing office.
