Good Afternoon Schooner Cove Residents!
In observance of Thanksgiving, the leasing office will be closing early on Wednesday the 27th at 3pm. We will be closed Thursday the 28th and Friday the 29th. Our office will resume normal business hours on Monday, December 2nd from 10am to 6pm.
If you experience an emergency Wednesday evening the 27th through Sunday the 1st, please call our office at 734.485.8666. Follow the prompts that will direct you to our Emergency Maintenance Team and they will be happy to assist you.

Due to inclement weather, the management office will be closing at 5 p.m. today. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, November 11th from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
In the event of a maintenance emergency, please contact us at 734-485-8666 and follow the prompts to be transferred to our after hours emergency line. Our on call maintenance technician will respond promptly. Thank you. Be safe and stay warm today!
As you have undoubtedly noticed, winter has arrived! Snow began to fall early this morning and is projected to continue throughout the day, increasing in volume as time goes on. In an effort to keep you informed, please be advised our dedicated team of Maintenance Technicians are hard at work, diligently clearing snow from all entrances and sidewalks first, applying de-icer immediately thereafter and they will continue to do so as the day goes on. Once all foot surfaces have been cleared, they will be moving into the parking lots to push snow and install...
