The buzzer for building 8775 has been out for the past 2 days. It seems the entire housing system is loose as if someone attempted to pull it off or maintenance never finished a project. I am not sure if it is an electrical problem as the hall lights are out in the building as well. It would be much appreciated if this issue is fixed for the security and safety of all the residents at 8775. Thanks
I cannot even begin to tell you how upset and angry I am about the way the leak in my ceiling was handled. The first time I called it was a very small spot on the ceiling. The maintenance person stated that it was overflow from the ac unit and that he had fixed it. I had to call again a week later for someone to come in and clean the mildew from my carpet. He then painted my ceiling while I was at work, covering everything in the room with paint splatters. If I had known he was coming, I would have at least put down a tarp. Three weeks later, I open the closet door and the ceiling has...
Almost every single day, our parking lot is completely full because of soccer parents parking in our lot instead of the park. I'm tired of having to park several buildings away just because our parking lot rules aren't enforced. This is the third time I've brought this problem to your attention. Please do not call me about this problem, just talk to the soccer people or call the tow trucks. Thank you...
Hello folks, I'm a new resident that is slowly moving into my apartment. I choose you folks because of the non-smoking focus because I am allergic to marijuana. Last night I came home to find the main hallway reeking of pot around 6pm, and again when I returned at about midnight when it was even worse. I suspect the individual doing this may be doing it in the evening when McKinley staff leave. The handle to the main entrance is loose and may pose a safety hazard, especially with regard to accessibility for and elderly person I saw struggling with it. It seems to be connected by one bolt...

Okay, just got the notice about city code inspections. Can a city code inspector come into your apartment home without your consent? Who are these people that will be in and out of our bedrooms and bathrooms? Do we have something in writing about it being okay for the Township of Ypsilanti employees to trace in and out of our apartment homes? This is not okay. Another thing, who is the person that is named at the bottom of the page, Linda Wells and what is Michigan Portfolio?
As the temperatures cool down and the summer season is ebbing away, we are sad to see that the last 'Y on the Fly' event was yesterday, Tuesday September 24th.
We hope that everyone who participated in this program had a great time, and based on the response that was experienced this past summer season, we look forward to partnering with the YMCA again, and bringing this wonderful program back to the community next year.
