Loud Noise late at night in 5000

Feedback Question for Schooner Cove

Am I the only that hears very loud (almost machine like) noises in the building? Woke me out of a dead sleep last night. Lasted about 10 minutes and then it stopped. I have heard it before, but usually not at 2 am..... Any one else experience this?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I had our maintenance supervisor do a walkthrough of building 5000, specifically the mechanical and electrical rooms, which is where I suspected a loud machine noise may have come from. There are no evident issues with those areas. Hi! Our wifi isn't working for some reason in the apartment today. I went up to wash clothes and the washer worked but when I tried to use the dryers, neither are working. I wonder if its stemmed with why our wifi is out as well. I also reported the problem on the app...

Hi Stacia!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I'm sorry the wifi in your apartment isn't working. We don't have wifi set up in the buildings; if you contact the company you have internet through, they should be able to troubleshoot the issue for you. Regarding the laundry app, if you report a problem with the app, typically someone from CSC should reach out to you within a day or so. The app should work if data is turned on on your phone, unless there's a glitch or they're doing an update, etc. Please let me know if I can help with anything else!

Winter Weather Update

As you're aware, the combination of heavy rainfall and a drop in temperature throughout the night have created some challenging conditions as we awake this morning. Our team of maintenance professionals are on site salting lots, walks and steps to address current conditions. While we don't exect temperatures to rise above freezing today, the sun is out and will hopefully provide assistance excellerating the effectiveness of the salt and de-icer being installed throughout the community. Cleaning Up After Pets

Good Morning Schooner Cove Residents:

With the recent mild weather, it has been a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. There have been a few recently reported incidents with pet owners not properly cleaning up after their pets throughout the community. Consistent with the Animal Rules & Regulations outlined in the Resident Handbook, “Animal waste is to be picked up immediately by resident, placed in a plastic bag, and deposited in a trash receptacle." We have provided several pet stations through the community to help with these efforts.

This is a friendly reminder that rent payments are due by Wednesday, January 1 st , 2020. Rent must be received by Thursday January 2 nd , to avoid the first late fee of $30.

PLEASE NOTE: The leasing office will be closed from 12/31 to 1/1 in observance of New Years Day. Please make your payment online before 1/1/2020 or bring a check or money order to the leasing office on Monday 12/31/2019.

Laundry light
