No hot or warm water for that matter!!!

So this has been an ongoing problem. Out of all seadons this would happen during the winter months. Having hot water for a shower is a gamble. What needs to happen to get hot water when needed? Hot water tank replacement or multiple hot water tanks? Why would there only be one hot water tank for a whole building.

Smoking in the building

I've been having this issue for a few months now and I'm on the verge of breaking my lease and just leaving. There are people smoking in the building, probably in the hallway upstairs where I cant see them because I told them so many times to please go outside for at least on their porch. I know they're not smoking in their own apartment because the smell is unbearable and there is actually smoke inside the hallways. It's coming through my vents as well. I've got 2 young kids and I'm pregnant and the smell makes me extremely sick.. i dont care if people smoke,...

Feedback Problem for Aspen Chase

There are neighboring residents of building 2770 who continue to disregard the consideration of disposing the waste of their pets. This continues to happen on both sides of the building. Pet poop will sit in the middle of the walk way for days at a time. Is there a way to resolve this problem?

You should notify the pet owners, hold them accountable, and have them clean it up! Sending out the maintenance team each time won't resolve the issue.

I also have asked that pet owners be notified. Building 2840 and connected building are riddled with dog poop that I step in and walk all over the carpet. I see people just letting their dogs out while they stay inside and watch them poop and don’t make any effort to clean it. Owners need to be held accountable, the maintanece team does not clean all of it and it reappears the next day. It is at the point where I personally clean it.

Every month we pay 100% of what the website has us pay on time. I don't understand why you're tacking on extra because YOU forgot to add our services on. That is YOUR fault. We did our part. We shouldn't be punished because you couldn't do your part correctly...

We were late in getting the water company readings last month so that is why there was a delay in getting those bills posted to residents accounts. No Heat

Feedback Problem for Aspen Chase

My heat stopped working yesterday and I called maintenance around 8pm. Was then told that the gas valve wasn't working and that they didnt have the part on hand but someone would be out first thing this morning to fix it. I called nearly an hour ago and nobody has called me back. It is less than 30 degrees in my apartment and I have a dog. Neither of us have anywhere else to go. Please fix this ASAP...

Snow Removal Plans

Announcement for Aspen Chase

Good Afternoon!

As I previously, communicated I wanted all of you to know what to expect regarding our snow removal plans and the current Winter Weather Advisory that remains in effect until midnight. The forecast is showing that snow will continue to fall until 12 AM, with the heaviest accumulation occurring between noon and 4 PM today. With that said, our maintenance team plans to clear the parking lots, driveways, stoops and sidewalks until 8 PM tonight. They will then come back Tuesday morning around 5 AM to resume clearing all areas and salting the community.

It would be great if you guys could plow all the snow left that has fallen where cars are now gone. I have been here 3 years and this has never been done and is baffling why it is never done.
