Front door not locking

Feedback Problem for Aspen Chase

The front door (facing the parking lot) of building 18 is not locking. It closes but the latch doesn't catch so anyone can just open it. Please fix as soon as possible. Thank you...

Doors

Feedback Problem for Aspen Chase

People are CONSTANTLY propping the outside doors to my building open. I came back last evening and both the front and back doors were wedged open. I closed them both. Woke up this morning and they were both propped open again. This is absolutely not acceptable to me and happens at least 5 times a week every week.

Repetitive power outages

Feedback Problem for Aspen Chase

Power has gone out close to 10 times in less than 10 months. I have told the maintenance crew all 4 or 5 people that have to come to my door that it has happened multiple times and that it was when I ran my stove. They replaced my stove then it continued to happen. I let them know again and they actually replaced the stove again...??? Why are they called maintenance if they can't maintain a one bedroom apartments power. My rent should not be $900/month if they can't fix something as simple as a short in a connection...

Dear Aspen Chase Residents,

Attached is a map showing the parking lot work that will be started this Wednesday 5/8/19. On the map you will see 3 areas shaded in red. It is extremely important that you do not park in these areas Wednesday or Thursday. If we have cars that are left in the area Wednesday at 8am we will have them towed to another area with-in our community. Also, this map calls out the rout to exit or enter our parking lot if you live in building 10 or 11. We are extemely excited to continue the much needed overhaul update of our parking lot. Apartment Improvements?

I see we keep getting a lot of external improvements since I’ve lived here but when can we expect any internal improvements? I know I’m not alone in this as I’ve talked to several other residents but these apartments are becoming more outdated the longer I’m here. I’m anticipating being here awhile longer too but as of right now there isn’t a huge incentive to stay. The rent keeps increasing while our apartments stay outdated. The cabinets are cheap and ugly, the appliances are outdated (minus the dishwashers we got), etc. I definitely appreciate improvements in the community but like I said...

Trash

A person in my building is still leaving trash in the hallway. I tried to ignore it but it’s hard to when it’s trash right when I walk in my building or bottles of hair dye and conditioner in the middle of the walk way

The lights in my hallway don't turn on until sometime after dark. Please fix it. It's difficult to get into my apartment and I feel unsafe being unable to see my surroundings...

Exciting Parking Lot Improvements

Announcement for Aspen Chase

Dear Aspen Chase Residents -

I am excited to announce that we have some upcoming parking lot improvements coming our way. Some of the improvements started today as we are currently tearing out the asphalt curb on our main drive. Once torn out we will be replacing it with brand new concrete curbing which with withstand the winter season a lot better. We have a large scope of our parking lot and drives that we will be replacing this Spring. Please watch out for future announcements as some may ask you to park in specific parts of our community on specific days.
