I was just woken up to a guy in a construction truck throwing dirt at my bedroom window. Could that not have waited until a little later where everyone in the planet is awake??? So rude and inconsiderate!!!!!!

Our leasing office will be closing early on Thursday, October 31st, at 3:00 PM. The office will resume normal business hours on Friday, November 1, 2019, at 10:00 AM.

Good Morning Aspen Chase Residents,

We are excited to announce that our local AT&T team will be here on Friday, November 1 st from 10 am-2 pm in the clubhouse. They will be raffling off a Roku Streaming Stick, no purchase necessary! If you are interested in AT&T Fiber internet, please take advantage of this opportunity to chat with an expert in person. The back door of building 2751 does not lock and needs to be fixed ASAP!!!

The 2751 building back door is not Locking! I have given a notice for about 2-3 times in the leasing office but its not fixed from last one and half month. THE DOOR NEEDS TO BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY. Please Take an Action ASAP!!!

Feedback Problem for Aspen Chase

We, my neighbors and I, cannot get into our building. Keys are not working. Front door or back door. Heard someone trying to get in, went downstairs and let in my neighbor. Our keys are getting bent because of the locks and then they are useless. Very frustrating.

Repairs

Feedback Question for Aspen Chase

I received a letter stating some repairs need to be done in my apartment and they are sending a group in on a certain day. This is fine, but can I have them look at one issue while they are here? For some reason, my carpet is bumping up in the living room, which is creating a hump down the middle of the floor and you trip. Can this please be looked at and fixed, if possible? Apartment 2123. Thanks.

Driving too fast.

The main road through the complex needs more speed bumps or better enforcement of the speed limit. Many, many times I have been passed on the main road by someone in a hurry. I am not in a hurry, myself. I think McKinley should do something about this. Someday someone might get hurt by a speeding driver.

The old maintenance people were at lot better. They guy who comes in doesn't fix anything. He just looks at me like I have a problem. I don't know what your vetting process is like, but you need to do better. This is ridiculous. What do we pay rent for if your people can't fix anything?...
