I was in the process of doing laundry tonight and power went out. I had 3 washers and two dryers running. After the power went out the machines rest. I then had to reload all the money again. I am currently out $8.75. I expect to be refunded. I am not interested in contacting the company that provides these over priced machines. I expect aspen chase to refund me and then collect their refund from the company that provides these machines. I am not interested in waiting two weeks for a refund that probably will not come.

This is the second time i wrote here for the same reason.BEEN 2 MONTHS THE WORSE 2 MONTHS SINCE I MOVED LAST YEAR. My neighbors upstairs are always pacing around throughout the night. AT 1AM they are walking waking my one year up or me. I don't mind it during the day Its understandable but at night its very annoying. My baby go sleep around 9 and the noises wakes her up at least twice. Ive been living here for over a year. The other neighbors were never like this. The past 2 weeks its been the worse experience with a neighbor since i moved here. Its not a quiet place to live AND SLEEP...

My heating system is not working. When I try to program the system to increase the room tempurature, it stays on 71 degrees. The A/C works, but I need warm air since it's getting colder and I'm starting to get sick.......

There really needs to be some speed bumps on the south side of the complex. It’s like a speedway every day. People just drive through stop signs. Can’t take out trash without fearing you’re going to get run over. Lots of pedestrians walk back there. What’s it going to take before something is done?

Hello, I have been in my apartment 5 years and I’ve never had anyone come and clean the air duct/vents. Is this something that the apartment ever does? Upon turning on the heat I looked in my vent in my bedroom window in I see black splotches inside, which I hope is not mold. I’ve taken pictures as well
I have called multiple times regarding the bathtub reglazing that took place on Sep 30. The note left indicated that the apartment should not be occupied for up to 4 hours after completion, the work was completed at 4pm. I came back at 10pm and the fumes were so strong, I nearly passed out and was forced to get a hotel room for the night. I have called multiple times about this. If a manager doesn't call me to discuss how to make this right, I will be forced to make a formal complaint with the city of Ypsilanti...
