Hey 811. The yard is not your personal dumping ground for cat shit. Throwing a bag of used litter down at night trying to be sneaky doesn’t work. I kindly put your trash on your door knob. Use the trash receptacles like a decent human and don’t litter. #respect

Parking Lot Closing For 6/11 and 6/12

Attached below is a map showing the area of our parking lot that will be closed for parking on 6/11 and 6/12 as we continue our upgrade project. Please make sure all cars are removed from the parking lot by 8am on 6/11. Also, its very important that we do not walk on the area during the seal coating.

I believe I have a gnat infestation in my Kitchen Sink. I need maintence to clean out my garbage disposal and go through the plumbing and cleaning for the kitchen sink to get rid of them.

Seal Coat Parking Lots - BLD 11, 12 and 13 6/7 and 6/8

Good Morning!

Attached below is a map showing the next areas we will be seal coating 6/7 and 6/8. If you use this parking lot, please make sure your car is moved and parked in another area by 8am tomorrow morning. Any cars left in this area will be towed to another location in our community. As a reminder, please do not walk on these parking lots during this time frame either, the seal coat has to dry and it will stick to your shoes.

Parking Lot Update - Weather

A quick update on our parking lots that are currently closed in front of buildings 8 and 10. We had a small delay today with the morning rain and could not stripe the parking lots as planned. It is now scheduled to be completed tomorrow morning. We should have both parking lots open by 1pm tomorrow.

Parking Lot Seal Coat - Do Not Park Notice

Good Afternoon!

We are excited to continue to move forward with our parking lot upgrades. Last week we posted notices on the doors of buildings 8 and 10 giving you a heads up about the seal coat job we have scheduled to start tomorrow. Below is a map reminding everyone to not park in the 2 areas that are called out on the map below. If any cars are left in these areas by 8am tomorrow we will have to tow them to another part of our community so we can move forward with the work.

I paid rent in two segments yesterday $430 and $228.91. I am in Europe however and the second took too long to load and gave me a different page so I submitted it again a few hours later and just wanted to make sure that I did not charge my account twice and that I won't get a late charge because I think it finally went through around 1 am in Michigan time...
