Am I able to break my rent payments into 4 payments per month. For example I get paid every Friday so can I make a partial payment for rent each week?

I submitted my income change over a month ago and my rent was due on the first . Although I was able to pay it w help I won’t be able to afford it next month . Are we still responsible for paying rent even if we provided documents showing proof of the change ?

You will need to contact the online service to set this up correctly for your account.  Their contact number is 1-866-PAYLEASE.  They will be happy to assist.  If you have any issues at all, please contact me (tterry@mckinley.com) and I will walk through it with you.

Income Change

Feedback Problem for The Ponds

I've reported a reduction in my income over a month ago (June), and turned in all the requested documentation from Mikalee Zapczynski after turning in the initial forms. I have yet to get a response from Mikalee Zapczynski, or to my calls/messages from the compliance office, to see what is going on. I even went to the compliance office on Thursday July 18, 2019 as a result...Still nothing. However, if I had reported a increase in income it would have taken a week to get a response (maybe two tops), with an immediate rent increase. So, your office might as well prepared for me not paying...

I am happy to hear that the Compliance Office was able to resolve this concern for you.  Please remember that it takes 30 to 40 days to complete any certification.  It does not matter if your rent were to go up or down.  It takes that long to verify and put all the pieces together.  Your rent will always take effect in accordance with HUD rules and regulations.  Have a great weekend.

Children Play Area

I Have Notice That Older Kids Are Playing Basket Ball On The Monkey Bars Where Little Kids Are Playing & I Was Wondering Is There Away We Can Get A Basketball Court For The Older Kids So They Can Play Basketball Away From The Younger Kids & They Both Can Enjoy The Playground?!

Hot Water is off in building 15
