I have received a few letters on my mailbox about lease violations and I have called at least 3 or 4 times and emailed once to discuss these and I have not gotten a reply. Please reach out as this is time sensitive.

I got my utility check extremely last in December of 2019. I hope they don’t try to send my January check so late. I’ve been calling the office to see if they’ve been sent out yet but they don’t answer.

My apartment

I moved in my apartment on the 21st of October. I transferred from 2 bedroom to an one. The 2 bedroom I had was nice when I moved. No major problems. I transfer to this 1 bedroom after being rushed out. This apartment has been nothing but a headache. One problem after another. I hate to complain and I'm normally not a complainer, however, If I'm paying rent and not get good living conditions. I will complain. I had to go over their heads to get things done, and still everything is not right. Some things have to be repaired several times before it's right. So far everything is...

Hello I was wondering why my payment for rent has not been removed from my account yet? I have a receipt that the transaction was made on Friday 01-10-2020 funds for my rent is still in my account and i do not want to be penalized or sent any notices about court fee proceedings. Hi!!!! I stay in building 9 and I don’t have water at all. I don’t know what’s going on but no notifications were sent out stating our water would be off like usual. How long does this suppose to last or did something bust because of the cold air.

I will look into this issue for you. I do apologize that you had no water for a few minutes. I will say that anytime we have to shut off water that you and every resident affected should be notified properly with either a phone call or letter stating that. Sometimes we do both if we have it planned out. Sometimes we shut the water off immediately because we have a leak but after we do so we should still notify you. Again, I apologize and if you have any other question to please let me know at 734-941-0808.

Front Office New Porch being installed

As you might have noticed that our front porch to the office is under construction. We are getting a brand new deck. We apologize for the dust.
