Why is the security guard knocking on my door at 11pm asking me to sign paperwork that I’ve already submitted? I know a lot of people living here may be unemployed, but I work mornings. It is very inappropriate for a stranger or anyone to be knocking on my door this time of night...unless the complex is on fire! You all should be ashamed. That shows you all lack respect for your tenants. I wish you guys would use some of that energy to hound maintenance about completing work orders.

Dear MC31,

I apologize that you were disturbed last evening.  The paperwork that you were being asked to complete is of high importance so the community did request LPS assistance to complete this task.  We did retreive your completed paperwork from the dropbox this morning and I would like to thank you.  LPS would not have a way of knowing if it were dropped after 5:00 p.m.  Again, please acceopt our apology.  Further, I will make no excuses about the work order request.  I will say that we have enlisted maintenance assistance from other areas of McKinley in order to get caught up on outstanding work orders.  We should have everyone taken care of very soon.  We are always available to speak with you personally if you so desire.  Thank you for your residency at The Ponds.  We appreciate our residents.

I sumbitted a maintenance request on 11/5/2018 with several issues on there and not one of them has been resolved. I have called and left voicemails, I even came up there and spoke with someone, adding new issues, and nothing still got taken care of. I've been listening to this smoke detector beep for over a month now. Isn't that a HUD complaince issue? My heat has been turned up to 90°, yet we can't get it to go over 70°, WE ARE COLD!!! The gap in my front door causing a huge draft on the living room, which is also a safety issue was supposed to be taken care of last year! My...

New Resident

I’m a new resident and I have yet to move in my apartment because it looks like someone just moved out of it yesterday. I gave u the maintenance checklist and no one did anything at all. Plus I seen droppings in my storage area. I will be at the office tomorrow to resolve this issue because it seems like no one cares... if I wanted to live in someone else’s filth I would do that

Work orders Not being handled

I put a work order in 10/31/18 about these stink bugs coming in through the windows. About a week or so later, Maintenance came and removed the screens but never returned them. I followed up 11/22/18 and I was told they would send someone out to finish it. 12/3/18 I was told that the screens would be put back n the log and handled that day. Here it is 12/5/18 and guess what... Still no screens and as of 9:29 pm, I have killed 3 stink bugs that's gotten through a closed window. Will fox 2 news give me a better result because it shouldn't take over 2 months to replace screens. It...

Was coming to post the same damn thing. Had one from August and one from November 5th. Smoke detector they don't want you touching been beeping for a month and we have the heat on 90 but it won't go above 70 degrees. We're cold AF. Front door has a big gap in it that I reported last year, making cold air come in and is a safety issue, front window won't lock. My list keeps growing. I've called, I've went up there. Just called several times again, can't get an answer. I tired of this

NO HEAT-NO HOT WATER BLDG 7

Building 7 is currently experiencing no hot water and no heat. Our maintenance team is currently working on trying to quickly restore all services. We apologize for the inconvenience and late notice. Our Learning Center may be used as a warming center during repair. We also have hot cocoa, coffee, use of computers and a childrens play area.

Same issue here. Called several times, no answer. Even went up there and nothing still got done. That was over a month ago. I didn't even know Renee had been gone as long as she was until I called about a separate issue and asked to speak to her. Who does that?

So I’m unable to pay my rent due to being blocked from making a one time payment! You’d think I would’ve been notified of something like this. I refuse to pay a late fee due to the carelessness of management. This must be God working in a mysterious way. You all don’t deserve a dime. I’ve waited months for maintenance to come fix several things and they’ve yet to show up. Not to mention calling over two weeks ago regarding the kitchen light and toilet not working. The maintenance people always sign off my work orders complete when they never step a foot inside to do anything and to be honest I’m tired of calling and putting in a work order for the same thing.

Towards the end of the month, typically within 5 days of the 1st, your portion of the rent that HUD assists with is being posted to your account.  However, you may still pay your portion of the rent due online.
