Hello valued residents!

Sadly, summer has come to and end and we are about to enter the heat season. Winter is coming!

Many of you are wondering, why isn't my heat working?? The reason you aren't able to get heat yet, is that we haven't turned the boilers on yet. We must get consistent temperatures in the low 40's for at lease three nights in a row first. The reason for this is that it's still to warm for the boilers to be running during the day and also for most nights. So that we don't create an extremely uncomfortable home for you when the temperatures jump back up...

So to my understanding we don’t control our heat, but I was told once the temps hit the 40’s it’ll click on. But here it is been in the 40’s the past couple of nights and still no heat. At this point should I invest in space heaters??

You are correct, once we get in the lower 40's for 3 consecutive nights the heat will be turned on.  We haven't quite gotten to that point yet, however, very soon!  Sadly, because we will miss these beautiful summer days! Please let us know if we can be of anymore assistance.

My heat isnt fixed!!!!

I waited over a week for matinence to come fix my heat...they came yesterday while i was at work & left a letter stating that it was fixed...It IS NOT FIXED ....MY HOUSE IS COLD ...ME & MY SON JUST WOKE UP COLD & SICK...I HAD MY HEAT ON 90 SINCE LAST NIGHT & MY THERMOSTAT SAYS 72....IT DONT GO PASS 78/79 ...PLEASE COME FIX IT THE CORRECT WAY MM.ITS GETTING COLDER OUTSIDE I NEED HEAT

I just tried calling you at the number we have on file.  Its not ringing, so we may need to update your contact information.  The heat season is close, but has not officially started.  Once we have three consecutive days of temperatures below 43 the boilers will be turned on.  We are monitoring the weather daily to ensure that you will have heat once the weather gets to this point.

Notice to all residents in Building 17

Building 17 is turning the water off for about 15 minutes to a half hour. This will be starting between now and 10 am and should be back up and running no later than 10:30.

I received a letter on 9/26 that my name came up to move into and one bedroom and I have 30 days to move. I was told in the letter that someone will contact regarding this. I waited and no one contacted me, therefore I called the office myself. During the call I was given my new location and I was informed I had to be out by Monday and it Wednesday. I wasn't not even given a week to move. My question, when was the office going to inform me. I had to call them. My letter states that I have 30 days and now they telling me I have 5 days. This is not enough time for me to move and they are...

Hi, im been trying to contact the office about scheduling an appointment for Friday to get the keys for my new place. I rather have my appointment early Friday so I can start moving things. Helen never answers the phone, and you may not get a call back for days. Helen is terrible. She needs more training.

I've been a residence here for 5 years and my stay here has not been a pleasant one. Because this is Government based we are treated like we on a prison camp. A lot of threats, bullying and dictatorship Gooding on, and we are paying residents.

Hi, I received a letter stating that my name is being moved up on the list for 1 bed room and I have 30 day to move. I was told the office will contact me. I would like to know where my new location is and maybe see a one bedroom so I will know ahead of time what I need to get rid of in my house. My house now is set up for 2 bedroom.
