ABOUT THE THEFT THAT TOOK PLACE IN MY UNIT FROM THE HORRIBLE MAINTENANCE WORKER..... IVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL THE CORPORATE NUMBER AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING.... WHICH IS EXPECTED DUE TO MANAGEMENT BEING EQUIVALENT TO THE NEEDS OF THE TENANTS. I NEED A NUMBER TO CONTACT AND NOT TERRI BECAUSE SHES A EQUAL TO THE HORRIBLE MANAGED PROPERTY. THIS IS MY 5TH ATTEMPT.

THIS MAINTENANCE UNIT HAD BEEN HORRIBLE WITHIN THE PAST YEAR AND STEALING OUT MY HOME FROM MY KIDS IS THE LAST STRAW FOR ME!
So l went to the CAO office and was told my rent was reduced to $99 because of my change of income. Effective Feb. So l would have a owed balanced. I just checked my mailbox and there was a demand of rent? How if my rent is suppose to be $99 and am suppose to have a credit? I got off at 4 picked up my kid from latchkey and got my other babies too. Checked my mailbox so by that time it was 5. Of course the office was closed. Please call me as soon as possible thank you.
Men that work on the empty apartments, at 431 playing their speaker loud as ever like aren't you just suppose to be working I shouldn't have to hear the BANGING from their work and their loud music!!!! OMG I'm so mad...
