Office Closing Early 12/06!

Courtyards & Springs Residents,

On Thursday, December 6, 2018 the Leasing Office will be closing at 12:30 pm due to an employee event! We will re-open the office at 9:00 am on Friday, December 7th.

Please note that our Maintenance department will be closed as well. If there is an emergency maintenance issue during this time you can contact us 734-941-5679!!

Fall Clean Up!!!

Good afternoon Courtyards and Springs Residents!

During the next week (Thursday, November 29 through Saturday, December 8th) please expect to see landscapers on our property for our Fall Clean Up! Weather permitting, the landscapers will be raking leaves, cleaning plant bedding areas, and performing gutter clean out.

You may wish to keep your blinds closed during this time, as the crew will be on ladders near your home to complete this work!!!

Feedback Question for The Courtyards

It’s cold! I’m waking up and it’s freezing. I’m not sure if it’s heat not turned up enough or the drafts from the air, door and windows. Do I need to contact maintenance?

Yes, winter is here!  Please give Rita a call (734-942-7451) and she will set you up ASAP.  Maintenance will come out and make sure the heat is working properly and seal up any drafts you may have.  I would do this for you but we would still need permission to enter from you.  Bundle up and enjoy the rest of your week!

I wish it was possible for someone to be sitting at the least until 4 or 5 in the morning. I was headed out for work this morning around 4:30 which is my normal time to leave out and there was this green charger just circling the complex. It seem very suspicious to me and made me feel uneasy. Especially being a female and it dark outside alone. Once they saw me exit my apartment they circled around. So i just hoped in my car. They got behind me then turned off to continue to circle the complex. I didn’t want to call the police because maybe it was nothing. Maybe they were looking for an...

How do I get my mailbox key back when it gets locked in the medium size package locker?

Good Morning Shana

If your personal mailbox key is locked inside of the package locker then you would need to contact the post office.  Please note that the package locker key should stay in the lock once opened to retrieve your package.  I will try to catch the mail lady today and ask her to look inside the package box for a set of keys and see if she will bring them to the office.  Enjoy the day Shana!

Hello. I went on this website to pay the remaining balances for my rent which was $13. Now its saying I owe 168 when my rent is $710. I'm not understanding what's going on with this problem at all. I dont even know what NSF means. Can you help me understand why these charges are on my account. I'm not paying 168dollars...

Bathroom tub

Dear sir/madam. I am living in courtyard 15800. Recently I received a letter from leasing office saying that I have to pay 350$ due to tub usage before 24h ours of repair. The minute they repairman finished his job he covered it and left. Next day maybe after more than 24h came in and open and removed the everything and found the that tub was not well done. He said the guy didnt do the tub well and they might come again and finish the job. We did not use the tub and it was covered and leasing office personal opened and found it that it was bad. Why should I pay that amount? I came 2 times...
