I would like to personally say thank you so much to Ms. Debbie and Ken for listening to my concerns and actually going through with everything !!!! They both were very professional when they came to my home and worked diligently to get my maintenance problems fixed. They are the only reason I plan on staying here at the Courtyards. Thank you so so much!!!
It has been a huge ass hole in my ceiling for over a month now!!! Y'all want payment on time but never fix shit properly. The closet doors constantly fall off the paint is chipping badly my tub still leaks and when the fucks so called named maintenance came to fix it the left paint and water all over my stove and a big ass hole in my ceiling!!! I refuse to pay rent !! I am looking forward to court!!!...

Dear Residents It appears the snow is finally melting! The first day of Spring is here and one of the items that we perform at least annually is a gate card audit. This helps us identify any issues with the system or your gate cards. You will e receiving an audit sheet within the next few days. Its been there for over a year. Why now? I didn't get proper notification. You all charged me a 100 deposit. Its going to cost me 50 to have them re-install a new one. You all need to credit my account or pay for installation. I' m pissed off with yall poor way of taking people stuff without notification. I understand the importances of paying rent on time, however things happen that can prevent a person from making rent payment on time. I think it would be great if Mckinley properties offered a grace period similar to surrounding rental properties. Having grace period is a good business practice and would make Mckinley a consumer friendly business, in addition to being one of the top properties in the area. One of the major benefits of having a grace period that is reasonable and fair is that it avoids problems with good tenants that just miss paying on time. It is very pressing to give up $...
