Its the management's/company's job to make sure the place is clean up to date and everything is secure before move in. I go into the office and all they can do is say they are making a report and to make a police report. Robbed at gun point

Someone attempted to rob me at the complex this past Friday. I called the leasing office and while the lady who answered the phone montrea didn't seem like she even cared, neither has loss prevention because no one has answered my calls. This is a safety issue because the assailant attempted to Rob more than just myself according to taylor police. What are you doing to make sure we are safe if you can't even express concern when I called into the office to report it?...

Ever since new management took over it seems like nothing is organized, the leasing office never answers the phone or have quarters for the laundry room, it takes maintenance forever to come and resolve an issue, I just wanna knw when things are gonna get organized!!!!

On Sunday, I was attempting to make a rent payment when my web page crashed. I refreshed it and I was charged twice. Of course that wiped out my account and left me with 79 cents to my name. Since it was Sunday, I couldnt do anything until Monday. First thing Monday morning, I called the Leasing Office who told me they'd call the company. Leasing Office never called me back so 4 hours later I called them. Unprofessional. She told me they'd reverse the payment but it'd take 3-4 days. Today, I decided to call the company directly who tell me that there is NO request for refund on...

Double Charged Rent costing me ridiculous amounts of money.

I was doubled charged rent. So my bank account was over drafted $430.00. The leasing office was closed on Sunday, so in order to avoid having any more overdraft fees, (i was charged 3) I had to have the bank reverse one of McKinley's rent transaction. Now McKinley is charging me an extra $55.00 for whatever reason. Can anything be done to reverse this? I do not think its fair that I'm being charged for something thats not my fault. especially since my rent was paid on time...
