I am sorry that the temperature of your unit is not meeting your expectations. I can assure you that we will have someone over to your townhome today to address any issues with the heat you may be experiencing. It is important not heat the unit with the stove as it could cause a dangerous situation for all who occupy your town home and building . there is almost always a huge. ice patch at the bottom of my stairs. also. our. neighbors cars on both sides don't. run so the plow can never plow our parking spot and its very annoying. we were not home when they plowed yesterday so our car wasn't in the way or anything. please help. thanks...

You are more than welcome anytime to go to the CAO and fill out the application for low income housing! If you have any questions regarding their process the best place to look is at the CAO! They are an amazingly helpful group of people who will be able to assist you in any way possible! I will be sending your information on to them so they can contact you if you haven’t already contacted them!

Someone stole the wreath off of my door or your maintenance team threw it in the garbage. It was a family heirloom. Please stay off of my property unless I give you permission to do so. I need to be reimbursed for my family's wreath that we will never see again. Plain ridiculous!...
