Heat

Feedback Problem for The Courtyards

I don't want to be rude so I'm not going to but I read a tents problem about not feeling like her heat is on. That she uses her oven and stove to heat her unit, I understand the dangers of that . The problem is tenants no longer get air conditioning covers for the outside because of past tenants who didn't take them off in the spring and would burn up the the conditioning unit and that's where most of the winter air is coming from. Plus since these are sliding windows air pushes through. I have the cold draft problem and it feels like my heat is on maintenance has been to...

Ms. Chatman,

I am saddened to hear that we are not meeting your expectations when it comes to heat in your home. I can assure you that making sure all valued residents have heat and feel comfortable in their home is one of our number one priorities. I will be addressing your issues and concerns directly. When you are experiencing heating/ cooling issues we all here at the courtyards and the springs want to make sure it is handled with care and concern and I will make sure personally that your issues in your home are addressed.

Thank you so very much for your patience and understanding this winter season.

Not to mention you can smell neighbors smoking habits through the walls. Sometimes it smells like a skunk sprayed my staircase. And I always smell a stale cigarette smell .

Announcement for Multiple Communities

Hello
Valued Residents, Please make sure that if you have a car in a
space that is snowy you rotate it out so we can clear the spaces that
haven’t been plowed yet! It is also important that you move these
cars because it helps us identify which ones need to be removed and
which ones are in proper working condition! Thank you for
your patience and understanding, and thank you for being the best
