Morning Cody,

Thank you for bringing this to my attention and I apologize on behalf of the inconsiderate resident/guest that is not complying with the rules and regulations.

I am going to forward this information to the Loss Prevention Regional Director. Our Loss Prevention Team is here from 5:00pm-2:00am and can be reached at 734-891-2088. Even if you are not sure which car it is, I encourage you to contact their department when the noise level is excessive and a Supervisor will gladly take care of the situation.

Certainly if the noise is excessive during the day, please contact the office at 734-941-5679 and I will address the situation headon. In the meantime, I will ask the Loss Prevention Director to notify his team so they can make more rounds in this area during the evening.

Thank you again and please do not hesitate to contact us at anytime regarding situations such as these or any aspect of your residency here as a valued Resident at The Couryards!

Regards,

Andrea Mack

Unattended children

Feedback Problem for The Courtyards

I have been noticing a lot of unattended children(small children) late at night walking around by themselves it's really unsafe especially them being little girls. We need to keep our children safe!...

Hi Ms. Perkins,

I want to truly thank you for being the eyes and ears within our community! Thank you for taking the time to notify me of situations such as this. We absolutely need to keep the children safe to the best of our ability and having resident's eyes only aids our mission!

Unfortunately this tends to be an issue in the beginning of summer. But both myself, staff and Loss Prevention are actively and will continue to actively address parents that fail to abide by the Community Rules of monitoring/being present with children outside at all times.

I am going to post a reminder and will also send flyers to each Resident reminding them of this policy. I will also notify the Loss Prevention Director that this is becoming an issue in the evening. A member of Loss Prevention does routinely drive throughout all McKinley properties in the evening. Please do not hesitate to contact Loss Prevention and notify their department  and a member of staff will happily address the situation at hand.

Stolen Package

Feedback Problem for The Courtyards

I had a package stolen yesterday Off my porch!!

andrea.mack@mckinley.com's picture
andrea.mack@mck... McKinley Employee

Good Morning Ms. Booker,

I am sorry to hear that this happened to you. I checked the packages that were delivered to the office and we do not have one here for you. I strongly recommend contacting the carrier and making a police report. Unfortunately we have no knowledge/control over carriers leaving packages via FedEX, Amazon, USPS, UPS etc. Certainly you can always request the packages be delivered to the office and not your home in the future.

I hope you are able to get this resolved. Please contact me if you/police/carrier is able to track down the name of the person that signed for the package if applicable.

Regards,

Andrea Mack

Communication Regarding Gas Leaks & Your Safety

Announcement for Multiple Communities

IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION REGARDING GAS LEAKS AND YOUR SAFETY

At The Courtyards & Springs, natural gas is used as a source of fuel. One of the greatest dangers to you and your family is natural gas leaks, which can be deadly.

Your natural gas supplier, DTE Energy, adds a harmless chemical to natural gas to give it a distinct smell. This smell is often described as “rotten-egg-like” or smelling like Sulphur.734 This chemical is added so that it is easier to detect a potentially deadly gas leak.

IF YOU SMELL THIS ROTTEN EGG LIKE SMELL, it may be a good indication...
