IM TIRED OF SEEING AND SMELLING TRASH THATS BEEN OUTSIDE OF A RESIDENTS FOR THIS PASS TWO DAYS! ALSO ITS BEEN LEFT IN THE PARKING LOT BY THE SAME RESIDENT LAST WEEK!! I DONT WANT RODENTS IN OR ON MY DOORSTEP BECAUSE OF PEOPLE BEING LAZY. ITS AN ON GOING PROBLEM AND IM SICK OF IT! SHES CLEARLY AWARE OF IT AND DOESNT CARE....!
We are shutting the water off to Building 2 due to an emergency repair. We do not know what time the water will be turned back on, but Maintenance is working diligently and quickly to resolve the issue. Bldg 10 Residents, we are continuing to experience a plumbing issue in the building. On and off during the day today, you will experience interruptions to the water service. There may be periods of no water at all during this time. Our sincere apologies, we are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
On Thursday, August 15, 2019 , there will be no hot water at all beginning at 10am and continuing through 5pm . During this period you will have cold water only, unless an foreseen issue causes the cold water to have to be shut off as well. Our plumber will be working to correct an issue in the building during this period. Greetings, Residents! We hope all is well. Just a note to let you know that our new gate card system is up and running at this time. While we have done our best to assure this is a smooth process for you, we do expect some glitches anytime a software system is upgraded.
