The thievery of packages is ridiculous! It’s unfortunate that I can’t have packages delivered to my door without them being stolen. I have to now go through the troubles of having my package delivered to a business site so I know that they’re secured. I’m aware that it’s no fault on management. However, maybe you should all send out a letter reminding the residents that stealing mail is a federal offense. Especially since it is the holidays, a lot of residents will be receiving packages.

Live Christmas trees are not permitted due to being a serious fire hazard. Instead, choose an artificial tree that is flame resistant. Inspect electrical decorations for damage before use. At the moment we have several piles of clothing that has been left unattended in the laundry room. This is a result of the clothing being left in the machines, and other residents removing them from the washers and dryers in order to be able to use the machine.
