Hello Traver Crossing Residents! Our lawncare company will be spraying fertilizer again on Tuesday, September 11th. This is not harmful to pets or children, but we do ask that you refrain from standing next to them as they spray, and wait to take animals onto the grass for about 15 minutes afterward. Also the City of Ann Arbor plans to finish the paving of Barton Drive this weekend and the road should be open both ways on Monday. Thank you for your patience!Enjoy your weekend!-Traver Crossing Staff

Dear Residents, We truly apologize for the short notice, but HUD will be conducting Radon and Lead-Based Paint Testing starting today. They will be placing the Radon tests in only a select number of units today, then retrieving them on Thursday the 5th. The previous notice that went out listed to not open your windows and to not disturb the canister, this will only apply for 48 hours until September 5th, and not the 9th as previously stated. The Lead-Based Paint testing will be conducted in the same units as doortagged for Radon, this list was comprised by HUD by a random selection tool,...

Dear Residents, We will most likely NOT be doing the Radon Testing today. HUD is regrouping the testing that they will need to possibly include lead and abestos so they can complete all the testing at once and therefore won't have to enter again in the near future. We will update/doortag you as SOON as we find out the details! Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation with this and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you again, The Traver Crossing Team

Dear Valued Residents, We sincerely appreciate your cooperation for the inspections completed this past Monday and Tuesday. That should conclude the inspections for now. HUD has now asked us to participate in Radon Testing, to make sure the naturally occurring substance is not present. About 70 apartments were chosen at random and doortagged, but they may only be testing 50-60 of those. They will be setting up a small canister (it should only take a minute) on Tuesday the 3rd, and will be collecting it on Monday the 9th. You do not have to be present on either day. Please do your best to...

There is a lot of dried mud (footprints) along the back carpeted stairs and all the way to a door under the stairs in the basement and into the laundry area. It has been there since at least last Sunday (8/18).
