Six days ago I reported via the maintenance portal that our A/C was "on" but not getting cold. After four days of nothing, a maintenance person who I did not recognize came to our apartment to take a look at the units, but claimed that there was nothing wrong with them, though the pipes were less cool than they should be. He suggested passingly that the building's chiller may be malfunctioning, and then left and later that day closed the maintenance ticket without resolving the issue. Due to the rainy morning, T & M Asphalt were unable to complete the milling that is happening in front of buildings 1021, 1023, 1025, 1027, 1029, and 1031 . This will now be completed tomorrow, weather-permitting.

T & M Asphalt is here this morning to finish the final milling here at Traver Crossing. All vehicles parked in front of 1021, 1023, 1025, 1027, 1029, 1031 need to be moved and parked to a different part of the community immediately to avoid towing.

How many notifications am I going to receive about this service? Was it really necessary for you to provide an AT&T Sales representative with my personal phone number for direct marketing? Presumably, if I wanted the service, I would have replied to one of the emails, or used the information therein to contact AT&T. I find it troubling that Mckinley is willing to give my personal contact information out to 3rd parties for marketing reasons.
