Due to an unforeseen issue in a neighbor's apartment, we are having to shut the water off for about 20-30 minutes in buildings 1021, 1023, and 1025. We're terribly sorry for the inconvenience, but do appreciate your patience.
Feel free to call the office with any questions or concerns. Thank you!
Good evening, There are a few problems with my apartment that I would like Maintenance to check out please. First off, our Air Condition / Heating unit is either very dirty or very rusty. I am worried that we may be breathing not 100% clean air. If it's dirt, can we request a clean up of the machine. If it's rust, can we talk about replacing the unit? It is very old. Thank you for...

We are terribly sorry about the long hours of the roof work yesterday atop your building, we had no idea that they'd be working as early/late as they did. We assure you that that time frame will not repeat itself.
The contractors and Christine, the new Community Manager, discussed this matter in the office this morning. A clear timeline has been established and they are set to work from 8 A.M. to 8 P.M. beginning today. With the weather staying on our side, they believe it'll take just three more days, including today, to compete this new roof install. For any...
Hi, Ever since the roadwork began, there has been a significant amount of stagnant water in front of buildings 1021-1025. Not sure if this will be rectified once the roadwork is complete. It could lead to an increase in insects and also very slippery conditions in winter. Can you please look into this? Thank you
