Dear Traver Crossing Residents,
We are well into our 2nd phase of our community asphalt work, and almost to the finishline! Phase 4 will begin tomorrow, Thursday, June 6th, at 7am. Please refer to the color-coded map that was already distributed. Please note, sealcoating will only happen on the old asphalt areas, not on the newly laid asphalt. Weather permitting, the repair schedule is as follows:
Phase 4 – June 6 & 7: second side of Barton Rd. entrance, parking lot stretch in front of buildings 1081-1075/1073-1067 and down to the pool house
Phase 2 - TBD (next week)
All work will happen between the hours of 7am-5pm. You must have your vehicle removed from the parking lot no later than 6:45am on the morning work is scheduled to begin. If you fail to move your vehicle, we will have it moved to an alternative parking space located within the community. The parking lot will be coned off during the repairs. Once the work is complete and the cones are removed, you can return your vehicle to the parking lot. All work is weather permitting. If we have a rain delay, rescheduling date will be communicated via my.mckinley and, if time allows, door tagging. If you do not have a my.mckinley account set up, please do so now so you do not miss any critical updates. If rain delays happen, our goal is to push the schedule back by one day.
