Good evening, There are a few problems with my apartment that I would like Maintenance to check out please. First off, our Air Condition / Heating unit is either very dirty or very rusty. I am worried that we may be breathing not 100% clean air. If it's dirt, can we request a clean up of the machine. If it's rust, can we talk about replacing the unit? It is very old. The other problem is that in the corner of one of the bedrooms has a streak of mold up the wall. It runs from the bottom of the floor about mid-way up the wall. I'm thinking a pipe could have burst. Hi, Ever since the roadwork began, there has been a significant amount of stagnant water in front of buildings 1021-1025. Not sure if this will be rectified once the roadwork is complete. It could lead to an increase in insects and also very slippery conditions in winter. Can you please look into this? Thank you

With this typical Spring weather, we have a slight change of plans with the sealant schedule for the asphalt that was sent out last week. Attached you'll find the map of the community along with the new dates for each section!
Please make note of this and make sure your vehicle is parked outside of these zones on the newly listed dates to aviod towing.
As always, if there are questions or concerns with this, please feel free to reach out to our team here in the office. Thank you!
