Missing Package for 2227 #305

Feedback Problem for State Street Village

Good Afternoon Everyone! A package was delivered yesterday for 2227 Apt 305 at 1:44pm to the front door. When I went to look for it this morning mine was missing, while my housemates was there. If anyone took it by mistake, please just give it back :) It’s from stichbox. Warm Regards, Zuleirys

Hi Zuleirys,

I'm sorry to hear about your package. We will speak to the delivery drivers to see if they remember dropping off your package over the weekend. If there is a way to put a note for the driver to have it dropped at the Leasing Office, if you're not home, I would suggest doing so. Please let me know if there is anything we can do.

Lost cat

Announcement for State Street Village

Hello all,

I hope everyone has been having a great weekend so far. We received a call from a resident in the 2229 building, on the 2nd floor, saying she found a cat roaming the hallway when they came home. She’s taken the cat into her home in hopes we can find it’s owner. Please let us know if this is your pet and we will connect you with the resident that’s rescued it.

Check your furnace!

Announcement for Multiple Communities

Good Afternoon Everyone,

I hope you all are having a great week so far. With the weather getting cooler, that means heating season is around the corner. I'm asking for everyone's help with some preventative maintnenace by taking a moment and turning on your furnace. If you notice anything abnormal or are not feeling any heat coming out of your vents, please contact your Leasing Office and place a work order so we can address any issues prior to the temperature getting much colder.

excessive noise from busses in the early hours

Feedback Question for State Street Village

Has anyone ever attempted to communicate with the Ann Arbor Public School office about the excessive horn honking/noise that comes from the school bus depot next door? I know the apartment complex is new and it likely was never an issue before, but every weekday starting at 6am the horns go off and they continue to do so for 1-2 hours. The general idling engine noise and back up sounds are not obnoxious and are easily ignored, but the horn honking cuts through the silence and is loud enough to be a disturbance.

Hi Helen,

Thank you for your question. Around this time last year, when this was brought to my attention, I did reach out to the Transportation Authority to inquire about the honking of the buses. I was told this practice, for safety reasons, is a mandated State Law that they must obide by. I do aplogize for the inconvenience. Please let me know if you need anything else.
