I hope everyone has been having a great weekend so far. We received a call from a resident in the 2229 building, on the 2nd floor, saying she found a cat roaming the hallway when they came home. She’s taken the cat into her home in hopes we can find it’s owner. Please let us know if this is your pet and we will connect you with the resident that’s rescued it.

Hello State Street Village Residents,
Our landscaping company, Salient, will be spraying vegetation control on Monday, October 23rd. We recommend staying off the grass as much as possible. The chemicals are “pet & human friendly”, but can cause nausea if consumed. Please reach out if you have any questions. Stephanie Carey Community Manager

Good Afternoon Everyone,
I hope you all are having a great week so far. With the weather getting cooler, that means heating season is around the corner. I'm asking for everyone's help with some preventative maintnenace by taking a moment and turning on your furnace. If you notice anything abnormal or are not feeling any heat coming out of your vents, please contact your Leasing Office and place a work order so we can address any issues prior to the temperature getting much colder.
Has anyone ever attempted to communicate with the Ann Arbor Public School office about the excessive horn honking/noise that comes from the school bus depot next door? I know the apartment complex is new and it likely was never an issue before, but every weekday starting at 6am the horns go off and they continue to do so for 1-2 hours. The general idling engine noise and back up sounds are not obnoxious and are easily ignored, but the horn honking cuts through the silence and is loud enough to be a disturbance.

Our IT Department is still working with NWP to resolve the online payment issues. The site will stay inactive until all is resolved. If you are signed up for automatic payments, those payments should still pull from your account on the 1st of the month. If you don't have autopay then you can make your payment at the Leasing Office via check, money order or credit card with no fee.
We appreciate your patience during this time. Reach out if you have any questions.

Good Morning Residents,
NWP ePay’s website is currently experiencing intermittent issues that may cause your resident’s payments to return an error message and submit payment multiple times.
We’re actively working with the ePay Support team to resolve the issue. In the meantime, our payment system has been shut down to prevent issues and we will follow up with more information as we work through the issue.
Until the ePay website is back up, please feel free to pay your rent in the office using personal check, cashier's check, money order or credit card. If you have...
