Package deliveries

Announcement for State Street Village

Hello State Street Village Residents,

I hope everyone has had a great week so far. It has come to my attention there has been some issues lately with package deliveries, such as being misdelivered and some being confirmed stolen. All delivery drivers are supposed to attempt to deliver packages to the receiver's door and, if no one is home, they are asked to bring them to the Leasing Office. Unfortunately, this does not always happen. If a signature is not required and the delivery driver gains entry to the building, then they'll either leave packages in the building entranceways or...

Announcement for State Street Village

Hello State Street Village Residents,

I wanted to send out a friendly reminder to everyone in regards of carport parking spaces. Every home comes with one assigned carport space - do not park in someone else's assigned carport space. Resident's have the right to tow any unauthorized vehicle that's parked in their assigned space, at the owner's expense and without warning.

Do we still live in a smoke-free complex?

Feedback Problem for State Street Village

More often than not now, I come home to the smell of marijuana in the hallways. On nights that it is super bad, I can smell it in my own apartment and no amount of opening windows or air fresheners can get rid of it. This has been going on since late summer and progressively getting worse and worse. Something needs to be done about this.

I did just speak to your room mate in regards of this matter as well and I am committed to making State Street Village a great place to call home. Question about E-Bills

Feedback Question for State Street Village

I've noticed that when we receive our bills for rent/water/etc, there is a link on the bill to subscribe for paperless E-Bills, but when I go to the website it asks me to login to the resident portal and I am unsure exactly what information to use to login. I have tried my resident information through the complex but that does not work. Is there another way to do this? Thanks!...
