Good evening everyone,
I hope you are all getting ready to enjoy a great weekend. If you have inadvertently received mail for one of your fellow residents, please make every attempt to get it to them. We have a resident whose priorty mail was marked as delivered this morning, but he has not received it and it is extrememly time sensitive. Myself and your neighbors appreciate any effort you make to help out. Have a happy and safe weekend.

Hello Mckinley Residents!
I hope you all are having a good week so far. I wanted to send out a friendly reminder that daylight savings time is this weekend. Don't forget to turn your clocks forward one hour before you go to bed Saturday night. I'm sure everyone is looking forward to having it stay light out longer in the evenings, I know I am!

Good morning State Street residents,
I hope everyone is having a good start to the day so far. Please be careful when leaving your home this morning, as several areas in the parking lot are very icy. Salient Landscaping is in route to salt the community again, but until they arrive walk with caution.
Please let me know if you need anything and have a good weekend.

Our snow removal company, Salient Landscaping, will be on site through out the day clearing. Since our in-house maintenance staff is split between State Street Village...

Good afternoon State Street Village residents,
I hope everyone is taking advantage of the wonderful weather today. I am reaching out in regards of some missing keys. A fellow resident unfortunately lost their keys somewhere in the parking lot or courtyard of building 2227. If anyone found them, please contact the Leasing Office so we can inform the resident they were found and will be returned to the Office as soon as possible.
I appreciate everyone's help and I hope someone found them and will turn them in soon!
