I've noticed that when we receive our bills for rent/water/etc, there is a link on the bill to subscribe for paperless E-Bills, but when I go to the website it asks me to login to the resident portal and I am unsure exactly what information to use to login. I have tried my resident information through the complex but that does not work. Is there another way to do this? Thanks!...

We wanted to send out a quick email regarding parking passes. As a reminder, all vehicles that are parked in the State Street Village parking areas including carports must have a resident parking sticker or valid guest parking pass in order to park within the community. Any vehicles that are parked in the community without a valid resident parking sticker or guest parking pass is at risk for tow.

I hope everyone is having a great day! I am writing to inform you that effective immediately, our office will no longer be accepting rent checks/money orders via our 'Rent Drop Box.' Moving forward, our drop box will be intended for gate cards, signed documents and after-hour key return only.

Hi! Could you please set rodent traps near the recycling area for building 2227? My car is parked adjacent to the two blue recycling bins and large item dump zone/fence. I brought my car in to get serviced and they found a large rodent nest under the hood of my car. The maintenance team does a great job keeping this place clean however, I would greatly appreciate it if they could discard of the large trash items that are stored behind the fence on a more regular basis.
