Good Morning! I hope you are enjoying this beautiful start to your Tuesday :)
We have noticed that on several occassions when we open up the Office that the thermostat in the Fitness Center at State Street Village has been turned up above 80 degrees. You are more than welcome to adjust the temperature to a comfortable personal workout environment but we request that when you have completed your time in the Fitness Center that you adjust it back down to 72 degrees.

Good Afternoon Residents,
It has come to our attention that the pool gate is manfunctioning and is not releasing with the use of your key fobs. We have trouble shooted on our end and have not been 100% successful so it has been escalated. A tech is expected out tomorrow to resolve this issue.
In the meantime, if you would like to use the pool during normal business hours of 10-6, please let the Leasing Office know and we can release the lock.
We will keep you posted on the progress and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Good Afternoon Residents,
There has bee a dog sighted, off-leash, in the school bus parking lot and at businesses across State Street. It is a brown and white dog, appears to be a sort of husky breed. It was last seen at the acupuncturist across the street. Please feel free to contact the Leasing office if you believe this is your dog or may know whom it belongs to.

It has come to my attention, through several of your neighbors, that the issue of residents not picking up after their pets has become a serious issue. I need to remind you that per your Resident Handbook,
"Animal waste is to be picked up immediately by resident, placed in a plastic bag, and deposited into trash receptacle. Management reserves the right to fine resident $25 for each violation for removal of waste"
We have several pet stations around the Community for your convenience. It is the responsibility of everyone...
