Bike Lockers Available

Hello State Street Village Residents,

As the weather is getting cooler, so I thought I would reach out to all the bike owners. We have a limited availability of bike lockers on the community for residents to rent, only 6 spaces left. If you're interested in a place to store your bike, please reach out the Leasing Office and we'll be happy to give you more information on how to rent a bike locker.

Parking lot by the Leasing Office

Good Evening State Street Residents,

I hope you are all doing well. As some of you may already know, the parking lot surrounding the leasing office was seal coated late yesterday, unexpectedly. I greatly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I have contacted the Executive Center next door, who we share parking with, and asked to be informed of any situations like this in the near future so I am able to notify you all in a timely manner. Community Pet Rules

Hello State Street Village Residents,

I hope you all are having a great week so far!

As everyone becomes settled into their new homes and daily routines, I wanted to send out a reminder to all the pet owners. I am getting multiple reports of dogs being off leashes while outside of the home. Please note, pets are welcomed residents but they have rules to abide by just like everyone else. With help from their owners, we expect waste to be picked up and disposed of properly and they must be on a leash every time they leave home.

This is just a friendly reminder that your rent and utility payments are due. Your account must be at a zero balance no later than 11:59 pm on the 2 nd of the month to avoid having a $30 late fee assessed to your account on the 3 rd of the month. Please see the different options below that we offer for rental payments.

Personal check or money order can be brought to the office. If you can't make it during office hours please use the rent drop box that is located to the right of the entry door of the leasing office. Set up automatic...

Welcome, we are so happy you chose State Street Village as your home!

Online payments with my.mckinley

Announcement for Multiple Communities

Hello Mckinley Residents!

Thank you for your patience this month with the new my.mckinley rent payment page. Your feedback on the new page has been so helpful to improve the process!

There is one important item we want to make more clear:

You still have the option to pay online with FREE transactions . On the old payment page, this was called pay by "Bank Account"--the option where you enter your bank checking account and routing information to make the payment. These transactions are still FREE but they are now called "eCheck/ACH".
